I was absolutely blown away by the service from the store manager, G. Even during a busy rush, he prioritized everyone equally and made sure every customer felt taken care of - all while multitasking a million things at once. The atmosphere walking in was warm and welcoming. I originally came in just to browse, but G convinced me to try something on… and one thing led to another. I ended up leaving with three polos and spending a couple hundred dollars — and honestly, no regrets!
There’s a reason he’s such a strong manager. His service is fantastic, and experiences like this are exactly why I’ll be coming back again for sure. Highly recommend!

I have to write review , after visiting Lacoste Outlet store in Richmond today. Very often we visit this store, but today was special day for us. We just came to visit store, but amazing Sales Associate Barbie , with all pleasant approach, a good explanation and hard work to find a size and shows' all special price, made us buy 4 Items. All staff are very good, Manager of the store and other , but Barbie shows' how amazing Sales Associate can help customers and store as well. Good job Barbie . Thank you so much.

I visited the store recently and I had come in just looking to browse, but after the great customer experience I received from the SM (Gurjot) and one of his associates, I left the store with spending $500! Will be coming back again for sure!

I walk in yesterday with my dog and all the employees were super welcoming us and my dog become a “cashier “! Love this store!Always come to Lacoste when ever I visit the outlet! People is very friendly and helpful!

It was my first time coming to outlet and I had such a great shopping experience thanks to Harnoor! He went above and beyond every time I asked for another size or colour. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful without being pushy and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. best costumer service I’ve ever had. I ended up buying a lot thanks to him, and I’ll definitely be coming back. This place is an absolute gem.

Deeply Concerning Breach of Privacy and Professional Conduct
I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to this store today. As a female customer, while I was in the fitting room trying on clothes, a male staff member entered abruptly without any prior notice or warning. He looked directly at me while I was in the process of changing, said “hello,” and then closed the curtain without offering any apology or explanation.
Following this incident, I spoke with the store manager name - G, who informed us that if we were to file a complaint, he would “back up” the employee and that nothing would happen to him. This response was both shocking and deeply disappointing.
This is a severe violation of customer privacy and basic respect. The manager not only failed to apologize, but also showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. It’s clear that the staff here have received no proper training on how to respect customers or handle such incidents.
I am deeply disturbed by this experience and strongly urge others, especially women, to think twice before visiting this store.

I had such a great experience at Lacoste thanks to Steffi! She was so nice, patient, and accommodating the whole time. She really took the time to help me find the right sizes and colors, and when something wasn’t available, she immediately gave me other options to choose from. Her warm and professional service made shopping so easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Steffi, for going above and beyond I’ll definitely come back because of you! 😊

We had excellent service from Salesperson IRIS at the #406 Lacoste Outlet in Richmond. She was very helpful in helping us in the selection of shirts and wallet. Highly recommend her.
