Had an amazing experience in this car dealership - everything went seamlessly. The dealership is absolutely beautiful & sleek. From the moment we entered the dealership the team on shift were very polite and welcoming. Our sales advisor Tina Lee’ s knowledge of luxury vehicles provided us the expertise required to make an informed decision purchasing our pre-owned Audi. She is impressive!Carmen Ye the business manager was extremely pleasant to deal with during the completion process.Even though we didn’t purchase a Jaguar or a Land Rover, we were given the same respect as if we did.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Jaguar Land Rover Richmond's service department. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly greeted by Namya, whose customer service skills were truly outstanding. Our conversation was engaging, and it was evident that she is proficient in her role but also adept at leading her team. The level of hospitality she provided was unparalleled, leaving me thoroughly impressed. Overall, I give the service department a perfect 10/10 rating, and I will definitely be returning for future visits thanks to the remarkable experience provided by Namya and the entire service team.

Jaguar Land Rover Richmond has gone over and beyond to address all my concerns when servicing my car. At first I thought they would be extremely expensive when compared to other mechanics, but they've honestly demonstrated to be quicker, to have all OEM parts available, and to price it out fairly, meaning not that far out from other mechanics' price. In the end I have opted to remain with them as a matter of trust, agility, capability and knowledge on the vehicle.

Buyer Beware! They will not sell you a car at sticker price for cash. Instead they will only sell you the car if you agree to purchase it at their exorbitant interest rate. The sales person informed us that they receive a kickback from the bank if a customer finances a car with them.

Terrible service! Terrible attitudes. Lost my wheel locks for my f pace. Phoned several times to inquire if they had a master key so I could switch my tires. Couldn’t get any answers or too an advisor who knew anything without booking an appt. Told them no need for an appt if they can’t help. Said someone would call me back. No call back this happened 3 or 4 times so I drove down. Service advisor sitting at his desk but I’m not allowed to talk to him. First have to go to reception. They want all my information name address phone etc. said I just have a question do you have a master lock for the wheels. So she walked over to the advisor. I wasn’t allowed to go talk to him the receptionist did. He just waved his hand dismissively no we don’t have master keys! Never even looked my way.Went to parking lot phoned jag dealer in Langley. Now this so quite aways from me but next closest dealer. Immediately connected to advisor. Oh yes we have keys! We might be missing a couple but if we don’t have happy to break off for you! When can you come in.Got me an appt for 2 hours later! Jag Richmond I was trying to deal with for 2 weeks got now where Jag Langley had me sorted in 3 hours.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashan Haider at Land Rover Richmond, and I can confidently say that my experience with him was unparalleled in all my years of purchasing vehicles. From our initial conversations over the phone and through messaging, Ashan demonstrated exceptional professionalism and intelligence. Meeting him at the dealership only heightened my satisfaction, as he conducted himself with genuine warmth and expertise. Ashan made the entire vehicle purchase process a truly remarkable experience, devoid of the typical sales banter and pushiness often associated with car dealerships. As a business owner myself, I deeply appreciate employees who go above and beyond, embodying the values of their team and creating a positive and memorable experience for customers. I left a Range Rover Sport for repair ,dealing with Robin, after I am about the pick up the Vehicle around 5.20 pm .The vehicle has a damege an the front bumper, also driver floor bunch of gravel and dust .I am trying the figure it out what they did the vehicle.Called the dealer many time ,until now no respond.Also vehicle has warranty for engine mount , they declined the fixed under warranty, I called head office ,they informed me those repair under coverage.The dealer they are using they are own perspective to not repair .Definitely not happy…

I am giving 4 stars as I got an amazing vehicle for the price I agreed to. High end dealership and my used vehicle they sold me was immaculate - we are happy.However, If they tell you that there is a minimum term to carry the loan balance it is not true. These are open ended loans that can be paid off at any time without penalties or extra fees - just read the finance paperwork carefully. I felt a bit mislead here which is why I am giving 4 stars.In addition be careful to watch for things getting added in during financing. I was caught off guard as I did not explicitly ask for or agree to a warranty but it was included in the documents. My finance person removed it immediately once I declined it however which was much appreciated.I was treated with kindness and respect. I recognize that dealerships have to make money somehow, and even though I had to do some negotiating and declining some upselling I feel happy with my business transaction with Jaguar Richmond.Lastly, cheers to my man Jack Stokes who was nothing but an exceptional person who looked out for me and helped close this deal, setting my family and I up with a sick ride.

I have purchased Range Rover 2023 and when I drive it it’s making clicking sound and I dropped my vehicle with dealership to diagnose now almost 3 month 1 st they diagnose sound coming form front fender then sent vehicle to body shop to fixed after few week when body shop could not find problem they sent vehicle back to dealership they this diagnostic it’s air suspension then they order parts and replaced it when I pickup vehicle sound was still there and I called them and dropped vehicle back to dealer ship now they diagnostic and saying it’s seat belt they can not do anything but seat belts not marking any noiceAfter spending almost 200k I am stuck with vehicle and finally I decided to putt my review I will Keep posting till I get any solutionJuly 20 2023Final I got update from JLRI understand that the noise is coming from the right front shock absorber, which they ordered. The service manager David has been keeping me informed all along about your vehicle.My recommendationBefore you buy drive your car to check problems like this don’t get stuck like meCause they don’t care after even I ask to replace vehicle with sales manager he told me. Your vehicle we will buy it back with reduced price like 20-30KIt’s over 3 month nowJuly 21 2023JLR replaced front right suspension now they said problem fixed and I took car homeJuly 22 2023Now car front suspension completely failed and error show on screen ok to drive with caution suspension fault detectedCalled jlr again they told me bring car to dealer now me back to dealership again

I went yesterday to look at a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI. I was talking with a salesman named Daniel, he had bad behavior for customers. He was forcing me to buy. He asked me multiple times “When are you buying it” and he kept saying “if you dont buy it, I can’t give you prices”. I took it for a test drive, the coolant light was on as well as the check engine too. I believe the engine was overheating, but he kept denying the problems. That car has Turbo and Head gasket problems but they lie to you and say they dont. After the test drive we popped open the hood, and the engine was leaking oil somewhere because it smelt like oil.That vehicle has problems, and they will lie to you and say it’s in perfect condition. They force you to buy it. Daniel is a very unprofessional and inexperienced salesman.

Jaguar Land Rover Richmond showed my family and myself so much love and was very knowledgeable about options on cars when providing options. Showed me options on accessories and more. I feel really good about my decision to purchase a new family vehicle in the new Defender 130. Tyler and Lovish handled us with care and ultimate respect. I would definitely buy again and recommend them to my closest friends.

I owned two ranger rover sports in the past 6 years. I am certainly a loyal customer to land rover.I paid $5000 deposit for the order of 2023 range rover in May 2022. Recently when I called the land rover richmond to follow up, they told me my order was canceled for no reason. Someone previously working there told me because the management had been changed and in order to make the maximum profit they canceled all existing orders (over 100) and resell the vehicle to buyers with additional money.When I met the general manager jordan peterson, he told me my order was canceled for no reason and the only option was to order a new one with extra $16,000 charged by their store (se attachment for the dealer charges).As a loyal customer, I really want you to know you have awesome products, but people selling it are terrible. They even cancelled over 100 orders (mostly from repeated/loyal customers), which will damage your brand and loyalty to your product permanently.If the land rover does not go well, it is not because of the products but the sales team.
