We recently bought 3 TVs for our business in Richmond. When we took one out of the box it had a cracked screen. Because we did not purchase the extended warranty they refused to refund us for the TV or give us a store credit.Pretty short sighted as I own several franchises and we just bought 6 more TVs for our recent franchise but with a competitor of Leon’s. They have lost my business forever and I will go out of my way to tell as many people as I know about this because no one should support a business that does this type of thing.Don’t shop at Leon’s because how they handled this situation says everything about them as a business.

I went to Leon's to purchase a filter for my fridge. The Sale Agent was nice and polite. When I went to pay, it took 10min for her computer to work and was not communicating with the client. A colleague came to help and again, no interaction with me to explain in a few words,"the computer is slow". Then a 3rd guy came along and took a picture of my item and gave me 1 invoice to sign... another paper to sign that I have picked up the item. I'm signing my life here? No explanation!. I felt uneasy and guilty.im not going back there again

Spent $500 on a new TV, pulled it out of the box and the screen had a big crack on it from one end to the other. It’s not usable.Leon’s won’t refund or exchange. They said they had to wait for LG to fix it, but LG said it was up to Leon’s. After months of me complaining in emails back and forth asking for a solution, Sahar (Leon’s manager) said I could take it to a designated repair shop in Surrey and Leon’s would cover the parts replacement and I would just have to pay labour. Still not a great solution but better than nothing.So I drove it all the way from Richmond to Surrey, and the repair shop says they need authorization from Leon’s before they will do anything. Leon’s won’t send them the authorization even though they agreed with me to pay for new parts if I pay labour for repair. So I drove all the way out there for nothing and still have a broken TV that I paid $500 for.Really bad service here. I’m not blaming Sahar, but Leon’s return policy is totally unacceptable. This tv was for a new business, we’re opening another location and need 5 more tvs….got them from Costco this time and it was a much better experience (and for a lower price and better warranty!)If Leon’s were to fix the problem I’d change or remove this review but so far there’s still not help.

Yasser is one of the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Very helpful with suggestions about sofa and chair, mattress. Very patient too. I had to come back to the Richmond location and exchange sofa and chair due to sofa being too long to fix in our condominium.

Leon’s is my favourite furniture store. Its variety and customer service are remarkable. My past experiences especially the last one with Yasi were all excellent. She went an extra mile to make sure I get the set of furniture suitable for my space with exact measurements. I will keep on coming back and I will absolutely recommend it to everyone.
