I came to buy a cream for my daughter acne’s treatment. A saleswomen at cosmetic department advised me some products, and she gave me a free sample product named La Roche-Posay. After used it, my daughter face skin turned dark & very dry and had flaky skin. Oh my gosh, I realized that she gave an expired product. I made a complaint with London Drug’s customer service, they couldn’t help me any thing and asked me to contact La Roche by myself. I also met the manager of cosmetics department, she asked me to see the doctor, that was end. I was very angry and disappointed about their customer services skills.

only two employees in the pharmacy I just need to ask the vitamins and the lady is just ignoring my presence I do not recommend this pharmacy if there’s other pharmacy better go there instead

Don’t visit this London Drugs for your prescriptions. The people are rude and they do not value your time. Ask them how long you expect to have to wait. Then, wait twice that and when you follow up, be told that it’s too bad, maybe you can come by another day to pick up.There are way better pharmacies in town than this one.

I called to ask if they had the playstation portal in after I got transferred to the correct department and waiting to see if they had any in stock this woman picked up the phone and just hung up on me after saying hello. Then I had to call back again but this time a man from tech picked and started talking to me very rudely saying how I heard you over the phone talking to my co worker as if I was the one being rude when I wasn't. I'll be going to other London drug stores for now on no one should be talked to this way it's very unprofessional for a simple question.

Lots of parking in this complex. Traffic can be a nightmare around here during the afternoon rush hour as it is close to the tunnel. I would avoid coming here during that time if not urgent. Staff here are helpful and friendly. They always add a till when there is a lineup stacking up. They have the best candy and chocolate section.

You can find bargains and deals at London Drugs. I visited the one at Ironwood Plaza and found the even Carrie some Dutch cookies as well as gluten-free. The store was clean the stuff for friendly and my experience I found everything I needed.

I have mixed feelings about this location. While I feel it is a better store than most, my family has had racist experiences with a man in the electronic department. One time my husband patiently waited in line for help and was never addressed. As soon as people who were w…te came to the counter, he addressed them and ignored my husband. The people had to say to him you need to help him because he was here first. My husband was so disgusted, he just left. Then there was another time I was in the department and asked for a price check and he told me he was busy and to get someone else to do it. I was shocked! I must say the manager an Indian man, not sure what his name is, is amazing at customer service. He is always kind and helpful, not to mention a great salesman. It’s just sad that the racism in some is still obvious. My husband no longer shops there but I still do, but I will never go to the electronic section again. Maybe implicit bias training is needed.

Waited for service for more than 15 minutes while the employee help another, knowing I was there waiting he turn to the couple that came after me, in fact just walk in and ask how can I help and never acknowledge me, the couple was so shock and ask him did you help the guy who we met here as yet. I would never go there again just because of his service or lack of.

I called to check the stock of a promotonal product and asked if I could hold it for 1 day. The staff was so rude that he just said there 's a lot here and we do not hold for customers then he just hang up. No customers service at all!

One of the rare places where you can get competent service. I was looking something up on my phone, and one of the reps came and asked if I needed help, and answered all the questions most other stores tell you to check the website for.

Quite frankly the worst customer experience I have ever received. The checkout lady (kid) was rude and could care less about her job or the customer. Of course I emailed head office and of course they never responded, even gave them the name of the employee. All good, will never return to London Drugs. Lots of other options out there. I have noticed other comments about staff here. Perhaps the Manager should be aware of what is going on in their store as opposed to giving canned responses.

Big thanks to Sergio for helping me find a birthday gift for my husband. He went above and beyond and I appreciate that a manager took time to help me on the sales floor. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that unfortunately there weren’t enough people working and it took so long to find someone to help me out that the manager himself had to come. Other than that great service. Thanks!
