Called this locations to have someone check to see if they had this pacific toy in stock, instead of driving all the way from Vancouver. The lady (Nadia) said No they cannot check. Asked to speak to the manager-Apparently- according to the manager (Raja) its company’s policy that they do not do a physical check for an item… Since when did this policy take in effect? Called the location in Tsawwassen Mills and they had no issue checking for me!!!

Used to enjoy visiting, but might be done for good. We were issued a $100 notice by Impark for accidentally overstaying our 90-minute parking while shopping at this location, despite receipts showing we were spending money here the whole time. Please be aware that waivers will not be granted by Impark even for a first infringement.

Marshalls is an off-price department store located at 4751 Mcclelland Rd in Richmond, BC, that offers brand-name clothing, footwear, accessories, and home goods at discounted prices. It is owned by TJX, the same company that owns TJ Maxx and HomeSense. The store is known for providing a wide selection of products from various brands, all at affordable prices.
Today I was curious about their snacks. I’ve recently tried a brand of oat bites named Bobo’s. It comes in pumpkin, lemon poppyseed, and peanut butter jam. They are DELICIOUS! 😋

It’s fine... Once you’ve been to any Marshalls or Winners, you’ve been to them all. There wasn’t anything special, and in fact I find their merchandise to have grown rather stale over time with more slop than ever before; I saw H&M and ZARA items near or at full price on racks, so yeah... T.J.Maxx, be best.
I bought a Hollister intarsia knit jumper featuring a large orange on the front in a 60/40 cotton/poly blend for $28. I’m no fan of Hollister (ew, yuck, ick), but this sweater didn’t having anything identifiable to the brand like the seagull, or all caps “HOLLISTER” ostentatiously branded anywhere—just a big orange—so I made an exception for the price.
Unlikely to return.

Used to love coming here because it’s clean and the staff used to be very friendly. NOT THIS TIME!!
Brought my family to shop on Sunday around 7:36. My brother was looking at something from the clothing section for men close to the entrance, what did he get? A rude employee was rearranging and hit his back. No apologies whatsoever! At least say something-acknowledge your mistake! when my kid was choosing her toy, another associate came and told her sternly, IF YOU ARE NOT BUYING IT THEN DONT PLAY WITH IT! Grabbed the toys and placed all of them back to the shelf.
What in the world?! Where did customer service went?! I remember the faces with images! but missed asking for their names as it was like a hit and run type. Had a few stuff in my cart but returned them! Not supporting a company who has rude customer service! To add to the insult, why do it with my family and not others?! There are other people who do the same thing! Especially with the kids that were actually breaking the toys!
