I just used this moving company, and Tommy was fantastic! Very professional and thorough. He came by to assess, taught me how to pack, gave a detailed quote, and supervised the entire move. The young staff were hardworking, efficient, and careful.
Tommy knew a lot and even recommended cleaning and repair services. Their pricing was reasonable and transparent, with no hidden charges. Even when there was a delay caused by the strata, they didn’t charge extra.
I appreciated Tommy’s honesty about costs. He provided solutions and guidance, especially when I had to move out and in on different days due to elevator bookings. The team was polite and cheerful throughout, unlike some other movers I’ve used before.
I’m grateful for their patience and understanding during the delays. They even helped disassemble the TV mount and patched the holes!
Overall, I highly recommend this moving company for their exceptional service and professionalism.

Tommy and his crew did a fantastic job for me. Tommy provided an accurate estimate of the moving cost. The move happened during the time when I was sick. Tommy was very accommodating and understanding of my difficulties. His crew worked extremely efficiently. The crew was detailed oriented and very careful not to cause any damages to my belongings and the building. Overall, I am very happy with Match Moving & Storage Inc. I would definitely hire them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great moving experience from Metro Vancouver to Port Moody recently.
Tommy was my main contact before and during my recent moving in June. Detailed explanation of terms and conditions, accompanied by prompt follow-up services involving move-out and move-in processes. Mark and Hunter were the movers during the moving day. They handled my items with care and excellent efficiency. The two young guys were polite and neat, too.
I am very satisfied with their moving service, and will certainly recommend them to my friends!

Thanks to Tommy, Hunter, and Mark for helping with the move. They are a wonderful team—efficient, attentive to details, and very cautious when packing and reinstalling all your furniture and belongings. They even helped fix my stand light and bed frames. Before the move, Tommy clearly explained how to pack your stuff and their pricing, and he promptly kept in touch and answered any questions. Hunter and Mark are very nice, polite, and professional. I really appreciate their hard work and definitely recommend them.

Tommy overcharges me by 1 extra hour. After multiple calls, he finally picks it up and refunds me. However after that I've found my mattress is broken as they fold it and wrap it like a burrito when moving it. I try to contact him back but my call goes straight to message. I'm pretty sure he blocks my number. What's a "great" way do handle your business and treat your customers. Also there are multiple stretches on my brand new wood flooring as well!
