I purchased visco-gel for the foot few days ago & just want to return it with receipt bec. doesn't fit but the lady said can't refund & no return policy,don't know that. I said can I just return & get another thing,but it's not allowed. I won't buy anything here anymore next time.Poor customer service

Worst experience walk-in Pharmacy ever. The Chinese pharmacist just ignoring us for a long time and help other patient skip the line. I was wondering why the owner try to hire employee like this. Won’t recommend it.

This is the worst service we have faced from the Pharmacy. One Asian pharmacist asked the customer to measure their ankle for himself. What a Hell. Why should the patients have to pay their service fees? Why do the patients pay them when they do not even do their basic job? If there is zero star, I will choose that.
This Pharmacy is full of liars. The staff asked us to amend the prescription. She even passed a black pen to change the prescription, and we immediately rejected it. In their response, they said the patient wanted to change. Such unbelievable and unethical behaviour! We will bring this issue to our doctor's attention and never refer the patients to such a pharmacy!

I tried to get the Tdap vaccine for pregnancy which was supposed to be free and they tried to charge injection fee!!! Unbelievable!! Never had to pay for injection fee for free vaccines!!

Today and before two hours I went to get my medicine as usual through this pharmacy and I had a bad help from the pharmacist his name is peter by saying don't come again to this pharmacy, what I know about the people whom they work in this field should be grateful, open heart and helping the patients.
Hope the management of this pharmacy choose their staff by seeing if the pharmacist has a human feeling and looking for helping his patients.
