Best pharmacy experience. Staff is amazing, great customer service, and all the medications are available. I was searching for an antibiotic for my son and the only place I found was at McCue! I only shop there!Thank you!

I filled my compounding mouth wash at this pharmacy. The drug was handled over a bag to me by a pharmacy assistant without a word of how to use the drug. The pharmacist did come to explain how to use the drug either. I won't be a repeat customer . Not a good experience.

Never again!! I’ve been to this pharmacy a few times as they are close by and they are always *awful*. They never pick up the phone, wait lines are huge, no communication whatsoever. It took me 3 days to get my prescription and they said they would call when it was ready and never did! The staff are incredibly rude and will literally ignore you even if you’re the only customer there. The owner herself treats her staff terribly and is visibly rude to customers. Go to the pharmacy across the street they are much kinder, faster and have better prices!

The absolute worst pharmacy! Terrible wait times, terrible staff. The owner is this rude, stuck up woman who treats customers and staff disrespectfully. They have terrible communication and will not return phone calls or notify you when your meds are ready. Will never return!

Anesha at McCue Pharmacy has been most helpful in suggestions for medical equipment for my elderly father. She took the time and worked with us in contacting VAC to see what benefits are covered. Highly recommend McCue Pharmacy, for any medical equipment needs.

I bought a pair of wrist guards and was told pick-up in two weeks I paid in full. Four weeks passed, I got single one only. The store gave me N reasons, such as virus delay, shipping delay and the manufacturer delay.Additionally the poor service with poor english and talking skill can be met there . Eventurally it took me another two weeks and then got another one.What i can talk and i became numb...In sum It is impossible to come back again.

Perfect, I have been several shopper places to find Covid test kit. Rapid antigen kits. Even checked online to see where have in stock.. but none came available. Even with green sign online. And it’s hard to call shopper by phone.Just saying how life saving McCue is giving the test kit so easily.

In my experience with diff pharmacy I rated McCue pharmacy5 star in customer service. I was in US when Pharmacy in US needed information and I called MC Cue and they were professional that they cater my needs promptly. I have numerous experience for their services and all rated highly.All pharmacist that service my needs are professionally friendly. I am a customer for more than 10 years now and I haven't had a bad experience.Thank you McCue Pharmacist for serving my family needs. You are awesome!

Poor communication and unprofessional customer service. When my item came in it wasn’t what I ordered. The lady in the store first tried to fix the situation. Then the next day I got a phone call and the original woman who took my order over the phone simply spent time arguing that it was the right item instead of helping sort the situation. I spent time trying to explain but she was more concerned about her perspective and that somehow I asked for the wrong item. Was upset but kept my cool while explaining the unfortunate position she had put me in. However I did voice my concerns and was deeply disappointed. Pointing blame at a customer is extremely unprofessional especially when the customer is in a vulnerable situation and in need of correct medical equipment. Extremely non-empathetic person I dealt with and unfortunately McCues has lost any future business from me. This is no longer the McCues I grew up knowing and I suppose it’s just a sign of the times. This makes me sad.
