“Such an amazing experience with this location! It’s quite smaller than other locations, but very organized. At other locations, I still needed to wait though I was pre-booked. Here, I saw most of the clients around me were called on time and enjoyed talking to the staff. Willing to choose this location for another lab test.”

“surprise from the latest visit. arrived about 10mins before the opening on Sunday which I thought it's going to wait in the hallway before opening. but actually some visitors were already placed in the rooms. even the starting time is still 7am, but it's reduced the waiting time for early bird. thank you.”

“I always get an appointment as the 6451 Buswell, Richmond location can get busy. Today's appointment was for 12:25pm.The listed wait for walk-ins was 98 minutes perhaps due to lunch hour.To sign up for an appointment online could be more user friendly but is worth doing to avoid waiting.There are about 7 two hour free parking spots half a block down Cooke Street, 2 west bound & 5 east bound.”
