“Honestly, between our pharmacists at The Pharmacy and our nurse practitioner (who they work closely with to ensure we always have any medications we need) my partner and I really don't miss having family doctors ... It's so easy to drop in for a consult to talk about medication choices and vaccines, and Dennis and Tom are both thorough, willing to research complex questions, and so kind. (And they know so many customers by name, it's astonishing.)The experience here is vastly more personal and supportive than I've experienced at bigger chain pharmacies. And if you're over 55, all non-prescription products are 20% off always. It's a West End neighbourhood gem.”

“March 28/2025I am trying to get better and needed certain things to buy. I was giving up hope until contacted Lancaster spoke with Rob. What pleasant man. I explained what I was looking for and knew right away . So I went in on friday and got it, plus google map was wrong in directions so called the store he could see me in my car and guided me to the location, which turned out to be across the street. After just one night using the device, I woke up feeling more refreshed and energetic than I have in a long time. The device was incredibly easy to adapt to, and it felt like it was made just for me!
A huge shoutout to Miss Tang, the sleep therapist who assisted me. She was incredibly professional and attentive, quickly understanding my needs and providing clear, accurate information about the device. She explained everything in a way that was easy to grasp, and her recommendations were spot-on. The pricing was fair, and she made sure I was aware of all the follow-up support and services available.
