Update-28-Feb-2024,no response till date. Two more issues with vehicle,Headlights condensation and engine mount both costs $8000.Update 08-Feb-2024:- Hi to everyone who are reading this review I dropped my vehicle at AUDI RICHMOND for timing chain covers leakage and they estimated $2700 and after two weeks of battle with Warrant company GLOBAL WARRANTY and MERCEDES DILAWRI from where I bought my vehicle for $27500 and extended warranty for$2571.45. The warranty company initially rejected the claim saying there is no leakage in timing covers and after one week battle they passed $900 only and I then again battled for one week and finally they passed $1473.20 only, as a result I paid approx $1200 from my pocket. The warranty company said that few timing chain covers parts are not covered in warranty and Audi Richmond said without these parts repairs cannot be done as those parts were very important for the repairs. So whats the benefit of buying the extended warranty if the customer has to pay mostly of the amount from their pocket. Guys to be honest never buy extended warranty from these because at the time of claim no one cares about you there are many hidden conditions in contract. It’s my experience never buy used cars and even certified ones and extended warranty from them.I contacted JUDY, DILAWRI MERCEDES, if she would able to get my money back, as I bought warranty from her, will update you accordingly.Update:- today 30-Jan-2024 till date the dealership has not replied, at the time of selling their vehicle DILAWRI dealership force you to buy extended warranty from GLOBAL WARRANTY, as i mentioned earlier my Q5 has timing chain leak and i went to audi dealership for repair they estimated approx $3k and when we send the estimate to GLOBAL WARRANTY they rejected the claim and said there is no leak , how is this possible when two mechanics see leak and warranty company not, the company need special eye glasses i think to see the leak, guys don't buy vehicle and warranty from this company after selling this they don't care about your concerns. DILAWRI running a scam with GLOBAL WARRANTY. let's see if they reply me or not I will provide all the proofs.Hi my name is Kamal and I bought audi Q5 2015 (white) used car from this dealership in this January 2023 which has 111000 km on odometer that time and I drove only 7000 kms till date. I thought being a reputed group they deliver the same but I was wrong. After buying within a month till now i am facing lots of following problemts1. odometer shows service due,2.it's both side mirrors are not working properly,3. it's has a fuel tank cap issue which was stucked.4. I just had a issue with it's front left suspension which I fixed from outside costs approx $1500 from my pocket.5. It's timing chain has leakage which I hope need to be fixed very soon and will cost thousands of dollars.6. As I bought vehicle in winters I did not check AC but when I check AC a while ago It's not cooling I contacted DILAWRI but they did not responded so I went to a local mechanic and paid there but after a few days it leaked again, I went again and fixed again but it's again leaking now I thought it's a big issue and costs too much , I am scaredThis is my first vehicle and I was expecting a mehchanically sound vehicle from these guys but they gave me a lemon.I contacted them but they only fixed fuel tank and service due problem.My concern is that I am a individual buyer not a car expert every individual customer rely on reputation of the dealership but these guys are money minded and cheaters and broke my dreams. I am not a rich man who can easily bear the expenses to fixed these issues.I have only one suggestion for individual buyers dont go to DILAWARI,if you are a mechanic then you can try . I email them but no response till date . I have all the papers if anyone wants to see. I will not buy any vehicle from DILAWARI group. Hope they can listen to my problem and fixed these issue or if they can take AUDI back and refund my money. It's a

We bought a car few days ago and we are so happy with our purchase! We test drove quite a few different cars and decided on the Mercedes Benz.The customer service and test drive from Kalvin was exceptional. He never rushed us; we went back 4or 5 times! He was super knowledgable and very friendly. On pick up day, Kalvin and Jeff was amazing! they went through all the functions of the car and helped us set it up. help me celebrate. Picking up the car. Again, it couldn't have gone smoother . I would highly recommend these guy.

This dealer doesnt need any business at all, receptionist was downright disrespectful doesn't even greet, doesn't even acknowledge, I don't get how this behaviois toward customer is acceptable let alone in a luxury car dealer, Boundary / Vancouver terminal ave is so much better

I called 3 other Mercedes Benz Stores to get recall information on my GL model. All of the others made me go through the electronic phone menu only to need me to leave a voicemail as they were busy.This was the only dealership that a live person answered and I was so lucky to be able to speak to Vicky Chen. Not only did she immediately get me the information I needed, she did it efficiently and made me feel valued!Thank you so much Vicky, you showed me me Mercedes-Benz had not deteriorated to just being another car company and that Richnmond was the dealership to deal with!

Never known a car buying experience like it. Paid a $500 deposit, received an email confirming it all, arrived at the dealer just hours later to then be told they are selling the car to someone else and now being told they can’t refund my deposit for 10 days. I know dealerships are hard work but this one sets a whole new standard of horrific.
