I had to ask 4 different staff where things were and I got sent around the store on a wild goose chase nothing was where they said it was and I only found one of the four items I was looking for and there was no real help in the end even from the people at the front who I approached several times. Also I found that the staff don't have real knowledge of what the products they sell are used for.

I went there to get some yarns. Hannah helped me to find the right colour and size. She is very helpful and patient in helping me to find it.

I am writing to share my another positive experience at the Michaels Richmond location. I was assisted by a staff member named Akram, and I wanted to highlight his excellent customer service.
I had a specific list of items I needed to locate, and Akram went out of his way to help me find every single one of them. He was very professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. His assistance made my shopping trip much easier and more enjoyable. Please pass on my thanks to him!

Ask to use the washroom
I'm in the washing lessons 5 minutes I come out free staff members standing there who all turn around quickly and pretend to walk away but follow me through the rest of the story of the exit and to undercover security officers
Throwing Andrews this young kid I turned around quick just before I got to the exit and he got startled he tried to turn around and walk away asking what the problem was I asked him why whenever you use the washroom in Vancouver within 2 minutes someone's banging on the door or trying to kick through it
What in the washroom while I was sitting on the toilet with my pants down with non-alcoholic liver disease
