We just picked up our first Mini from Mini Richmond and were again very happy with the experience. Francisco and the rest of the staff who helped us through the process were wonderful. We quite like Mini's car buying experience, when we arrived to take delivery. We left as very happy customers.

My new repair shop to bring my car in.This place is the best ? ?. I am very thankful to the sales associates, service and the mechanics here. Excellent quality! I can call in and come in whenever, and I don't have to wait for days for my car to return and make an appointment. The lounge has a sizeable upper-floor area and a floor-to-ceiling 180 view of a part of the City of Richmond. A relaxing area with charger ports so I can work on my laptop while I wait, and you are free to roam around on the sales floor, or you can quietly wait, and no one will talk to you or push you to buy anything. This is the place you want to buy a car and get it serviced.

Honestly, The Service Team at Mini Richmond rocks, at least for me. Many staff have gone and come, but there is always someone to take care of me like friend and Family. Special Thank you to Jay. Honest man, kind and knowledgeable, always there for me, looking after what is best for my MINI and my Spouse’s MINI. We have been part of the MINI family since 2012, and we will always be, as long as MINI have people like Jay.

I recently purchased 2017 Lexus LX570 from John Olan , and I couldn't be happier with the experience. John my sales associate, was incredibly professional, honest, and helpful. We had outstanding service and support from Matthew Li. He was amazing we came from Vancouver Island and he worked day and night to get us extremely quickly into the car of my dreams. He was absolutely amazing above and beyond the best car person, he was pushy at all.

Never going to buy mini againThe service center charges me money even though is there fault to messed up my system(ECU).They blame me for the aftermarket part I put on.But the car came in perfectly fine before the service recall. They charge me 150$ and did not fix the issue. I ask them to restore the system before I came in. They can’t do anything until I restore the car back to stock. I do not want the recall anymore. They can’t do anything about it and still charges me 150$…What a joke.

I’ve been a loyal Mini Cooper driver for over 20 years and the service at the Richmond location is the best.Lots of parking and huge lounge area with free drinks. Customer service is always top notch. Quick fast serviceWay better than the Vancouver location which since they moved has gone down hill.

Nicholas is hands down the best customer service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Even though I may be very mad due to circumstances with my vehicle Nicholas gets my nerves calmed and me into a rental car as soon as possible. He is patient and knowledgeable and makes a broken down car less of a headache!

The people working in the service department are very rude. Never coming here again until they apologize and give a refund. Go somewhere to get service. Nicholas is rude.
