Everything is seriously overpriced! And they have a no refund or exchange policy, which I was disappointed after finding out how much cheaper I can get the things I bought there elsewhere. The male staff seemed genuine enough, but still "hyped up the product" and over-exaggerated product quality.

I believe no one wants to buy MADE IN CHINA bath salts and body wash but the packaging is Japanese and cover up MADE IN CHINA with self -printed address labels.Absolutely unfaithful
