I called in today to inquire about the NEW Fresh Foam X 1080v13 in Triple Black, Anthony was kind enough to answer some of my questions that I had over the phone. I will start off by saying his customer service was superb and I was so excited about the v13's that I decided to pay him a visit at his store. Needless to say, I ended up walking out of the store with a smile on my face and a positive experience due to Anthony's amazing customer service. Kudos to Anthony and his team! I will defiantly be back to support Richmond NB, Thank you!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony. I called in to inquire on the availability of a pair of 550s and he was able to quickly confirm they did not have my size but that he could place an order for me and have it delivered to the store. Thankfully he confirmed the correct size for me as the pair I ordered were unisex as I would have ordered and waited for the wrong pair. And as luck would have it, they had my correct size available at a different location and Anthony was able to have the pair transferred to the store for me to pick up. Quick and easy experience :)

I had a good experience at this store today, thanks to Anthony. He was very helpful and he was quite knowledgeable as to what shoe I needed and offered useful recommendations. Given that it was half an hour before closing, Anthony was patient and readily brought out shoes for me to try on. I did not feel rushed and he helped me choose what I hope is the best pair for me.

The Staff today was super nice at this location I want to Thank Both Jack and another employee that I regrettably forgot to get her name she was super nice and took the time to tell me the options for my shoe that my doctor recommend I was able to choose the shoe which was New Balance More for work. I wanted to take the time to also include her in this review because she did an amazing job I hoped I had gotten the time to get her name because I also want to include a 10/10! amazing knowledgeable individual and deserves to be included for amazing customer service as she also mentioned because of my doctor referral I got a slighter lower price so huge loving support and thank you very much.I also want to thank Jack he was very sweet and kind as well he took the time to check either there was stock available for my size and recommended the shoes for me thanks to Jack he also informed me that if there are any issues for my shoes I can always return to the store with the receipt and there be no extra charges I feel New balance knows how to treat customers so huge thank you I hope there be no issues once I wear these shoes for work if there are any issues I'll be happy to return back to the store as the services that was provided was amazing Huge Kudos for Both Employees and Jack as well did an absolute amazing job 10/10! New Balance amazing experience 5 star review. Thank you!

Highly recommend going to New Balance Richmond, especially if you go when Matt is working! My mom and I went in looking for running shoes and he was so helpful in showing us what kind of shoes would suit my foot shape, how each style should fit and brought out a bunch of different sizes for me to try. I ended up leaving with the comfiest runners ever, and finally had no pain during my morning run. We had such a great experience that I went back the next day with my boyfriend. Thank you Matt!!

I must say I’m very impressed and thankful for the wonderful experience at the New Balance Richmond shop. The store is well stocked with lots of choices. They have the 2 models of shoes I wanted to try out in sizes and different widths at the store. Kaylea and Darlene are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I learned from them how to find the right size for my feet! I’m happy with my choice. I’m sure my New Balance Fresh Foam x 880v12 gortex will keep my feet dry in the rainy weather and it’ll give me many km ( miles) of comfortable walking ?♀️ .

Excellent and friendly customer service by Sam. He helped me find the right runners so fast. He's a rockstar! Thanks! Came back another time to exchange the runners I got because I needed a "wide" fit and Anthony was just as amazing as Sam! Super knowledgeable and has great customer service as well.

My husband and I came into Newbalance for the first time today. Jack addressed us in a professional yet cheerful way. His energy was unmatched. He let us know many different alternatives for running shoes. He also measured my foot and picked out an amazing pair of shoes for me and my husband. I can’t express how thankful I am to be helped the way Jack helped me. Overall an amazing experience and will 100% come back again! Thank you Jack.

Jack helped my Dad find suitable and comfortable shoes. My Dad has had numerous issues with feet and knee pain. Jack was patient and offered suggestions. My Dad walked away with new shoes and we both are really impressed with the selection and customer service. Definately going back and recommending this store.

Very nice store. Jack was excellent at helping me picking the right pair of shoe. He proposed different alternatives and had me tried a bunch to make sure I would buy the pair that fitted me best. Highly recommend this store and happy I was able to deal with Jack for my purchase.
