Review: Needs Better Parking and Customer Service
I recently visited this store on a Saturday to pick up some meats, and I was very disappointed with the parking situation and how the staff handled a conflict.
When I arrived, I parked in front of the store. The parking spaces were completely covered with fallen leaves, making it difficult to see any lines or signs indicating reserved spots. My wife and I went inside and were waiting for service when a neighboring business owner suddenly came into the store and began yelling, demanding that I move my car. It turned out that I had unknowingly parked in his “reserved” spot — something that wasn’t clear at all because of the leaves and lack of visible signage.
I immediately went outside to move my car, but the man continued to shout, insisting that no one could ever park there. I tried to explain that I couldn’t tell it was reserved and that I was only there for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, other cars parked in front of the store weren’t even customer vehicles, leaving no space for actual shoppers.
What disappointed me most was that none of the store staff stepped in to de-escalate the situation or even politely ask me to move my car. They simply watched as the neighbor yelled. It felt like they either couldn’t communicate clearly in English or were afraid to speak up.
Overall, this experience left a very negative impression. The store really needs to improve its parking setup and train staff to handle these situations better and protect their customers.

Purchased their Frozen Berkshire Pork Kurobuta Gyoza (300g, 12pcs) (@ $9 per pack) - I would give 3.5 stars to the Gyozas. They tasted okay but not impressive at all.
Also purchased their KB Mini Sausage (425g, 10pcs) 神戸ミニ・ソーセージ Frozen (@ $21.25 per pack) - I would only give 1 star to this product.
First of all, the sausages were way too salty, almost unacceptable! So I tried to cut them into pieces to make my Zuppa Toscana Soup. Besides saltiness, the taste was very 'gamey' that even ruined my soup!
I took a look at the ingredients on the package but did not find the information of sodium per package. When I glanced through their website, to my surprise, I discovered that actually the sausages contain Nitrites! However, I didn't see this information shown on the package. So, which is correct? With more than 2 bulks per one mini sausage, this product was way falling short of my expectations!

Love the variety of cuts of meat. The waygu is good here but I keep an eye out for their sales. Love to Yakiniku at home!

200% recommend for imported Japanese Joshu Wagyu A5 beef cuts! My travel plan to Japan got cancelled so I was googling wagyu beef and came across Nikuya. I preordered online wagyu ribeye and cubed beef. My mouth was watering at the sight of all types of wagyu beef (from shabu shabu to yakiniku cuts) be ready to drop some money here caz I couldn't stop myself when I saw buy 1 get 1 free offer in the frozen section. I decided to grill it with some salt to retain the original flavor and the wagyu just melted in my mouth ??? totally worth it!!

beware their meat cutter leaves precisely at 4pm. we couldn’t get our meat. oh well. meat quality is as always great.
