Also thier assembly cost is much lower and thier delivery charge is the lowest around . I was lucky enough to deal with Sudonna the customer service rep . She was so vey helpful , explaining the differences in the different type of chairs I was interested in. She was very knowledgable , freindly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into the business . High quality office furiture at very reasonable prices . Only $10.00 for assembly ! And the lowest delivery charge I have ever heard . In fact Sudonna replied to my email request so quickly and was the only reply I got from any business I wrote to . This place is so amazing , I will never go to any other office furniture business , if and when I need any thing else I wil go directly to Omni . I had already looked up what are the requirements for opening a business account with Staples and what does it do for business owners last night, but was worried that I might have missed something or misunderstood what I read, that's why me and my husband went into a physical store today to talk to a staff member. Dev greeted me with a big smile on his face. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about his products. He explained what a preferred account does for me better than what I had read on the website. I was so grateful! After talking to Dev, I wish I had signed up for a preferred account sooner because I had already printed my flyers and business cards with Staples in the summer but I was not a preferred member yet so couldn't take advantage of the discounts and the convenience of reordering prints that come with it!.
