The store was really clean and organized. This shop has really good collection of sweaters as well. The sales girl Christina was really good in helping me to find my husband a sweater as a birthday gift for him. Thanks to her for helping me decide the ideal colour for him.

Monique was a very kind and helpful associate. My girlfriend and I wanted to grab a hoodie but we are too short so she grabbed it for us using a long stick. She radiated kind energy and hope her day was great! We were thankful to have her help us!

Went there Sunday; they had really confusing price tag with discounted price; also there were 30% off tag as well. If they had discounted price tag, then they shouldn’t mention 30% off tag on the wall. I tried to use the coupon as well but cashier told me there is specific dates to use, but he used same coupon for his friend. Not fair to the customers. ?

Visited store & have noticed fj and don't know who was other girl but they were chewing gum in front & worst thing is that saliva was overflowing when they spoke. Not at all hygienic and I am not sure by when hve store managers started allowing employees to hve chewing on floor. Further, treatment was least respectful, making perception that if customer is not able to buy, would not treat appropriately.Btw to other visitors, please check how are they treating customer learning from my experience.Staff Manager: Consider this as an opportunity to learn and see what things should be considered when hiring new employees.

- Clean fitting rooms (no dust on the floor and no gum on the walls. Compared to H&M, the Old Navy fitting rooms were impeccable).- This location was easy to navigate thanks to the shelves/fixtures having clear and concise signage designating what items were on it and what style of fit it was (regular, slim, skinny, etc).- Super friendly, professional, and helpful staff. I am especially thankful to the cashiers Miriam and Aneika, as well as the fitting room attendant, Casilda for helping me, while I was shopping at this location because not only did they welcome me as I explored around the store, they went above and beyond in providing a great shopping experience.- The only (minor) downside is that even though I finally found pants (after months of searching through multiple other brands) that look and feel absolutely amazing and desperately need for work, the size in the color that I wanted were sold out in store, but thankfully Aneika and Miriam were able to help me order them online, and as an added bonus it's not too long of a wait until it arrives at my home.THANK YOU! ❣❣❣

Worst customer service ,rude behavior towards customers . Recommended me wrong product seemed like u don’t train your employees .just put them on the floor without any knowledge would never recommend anyone ur store .

This location is clean and spacious and the staff members who work at the changing rooms and cash registers are friendly. They always have a variety of tank tops which are the most comfortable ones to wear.

Was just in Richmond center Old navy and promptly left due to 2 staff(including the manager) immediately assuming I was there to steal something.....will never go back into a old navy anywhere on the planet after the obviously racist behavior towards me and my 1 year old son....shame on you

The cashier didn't ask us if we wanted to donate $5 to the Imagine Mission Donation Drive, but she just said that she'll add it and add the $5 discount on our purchase right now. Looking back at the receipt, she only charged us the $5.

We love the clearance section. Place is usually a mess but I am guessing thats because of the amount of foot traffic that comes through. Staff is super friendly.

Worst experience ever, the store didn’t remove a magnet safety tag from baby pants. In a couple days when my son went to the store and asked them to remove it, they wanted to see the receipt. But we threw all receipts away before we noticed that thing was on. They want me to pay for this pair three times the price now, because I have to make another trip to the store but I can’t as my baby is sick. Worst service ever!!!

Went to Old Navy to process an online order from all the way from Black Friday in November. In the rush of things (last date to do the refund), I had left my receipt and my phone was out of battery to show my online return invoice/receipt.Associate "Johnny" went above and beyond to assisting me getting the refund processed. From being very understanding and patient with me fumbling around with the login/pass on their POS system. Even going so far to see if he can find the right charger for my device.End of the day, Johnny was able to offer many solutions and able to get the end result with a understanding and patient manner!
