Just left the place right now at 3:45 pm on a Sunday. Came with my husband and my dad and were ready to purchase a car but not a single person acknowledged us, said hi or at least told us it might be a bit of a wait for the 30 minutes we were wandering around. This is completely unacceptable and the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten when purchasing a car. There were a ton of associates just sitting behind desks, i can count the number of customers sitting down and it wasn’t crazy busy.

We just leased our second car from Richmond OpenRoad Hyundai. Most importantly we love the car, its features and performance.Also extremely important to us are the people we dealt with.Alvin Woon is and was our salesman for both vehicles. He is an inspiring example of what salesmanship should be. Alvin finds out what you need, what you can afford and what you will be happy with. He cares!!! After that he goes to bat for you and gets you a "Fair" deal. This young man has integrity and is the main reason we came back to OpenRoad and the reason we will come back and recommend him and Hyundai to our friends.We also want to thank the two sales managers Drake and Graeme, Evy in finance and Gavin who taught us how to use all the features available in our car. Their assistance was exemplary and made the purchase of our car a great experience.P&B

Disappointed with customer serviceI received my new EV Kona in early December, and I have yet to receive a thorough explanation of the car's features and how to use them. Despite my repeated requests, my dealer (Grant) has not provided the promised video walkthrough of my car's options, which was supposed to be sent two months ago. The service has been consistently delayed with the promise of 'tomorrow,' which has been disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience, as it has dampened the excitement of purchasing a new car and does not measure up to the customer service standards I've encountered at other dealerships. I just got the keys and they asked me to go!

Very very professional and helpful service from Jacky Shen who helped us pick the right car fit for our need. Staff was super patient to explain the different features and without trying to upsell us for a more expensive car. It was a very pleasant car shopping experience to pick the right car.

I was looking for a Tucson Plug in Hybrid but, I could not find a new one from nowhere. I visited this location, spoke to Mark, he explained carefully what were benefits to switch to Hybrid option. I changed my mind, I purchased Hybrid Tucson. Now I am saving my gas expenses ! I thank Mark, The manager, Graeme and all other staff !! The best Hyundai Team !

Drove with my father from Surrey to look at a new car, similiar to my Hyundai…in 20 minutes not one person to help. We were the only non-Chinese customers and others that came in after were helped within moments.

Service Team 10/10Sales 2/10Loyal Customer since over 4 years as i always got my Santa Fe serviced from this dealership and had amazing experience in terms of getting the service of my vehicle done. I always provided great customer feedback when i received the feedback survey and calls. I have been driving HYUNDAI vehicles since 2003.Finally i thought to upgrade to GENESIS !I selected a vehicle, bought it at the price quoted by the sales manager (No loyalty discounts) because i loved the vehicle i selected. I booked the vehicle by giving the signing amount on Tuesday and was told that Sales Team will reach out to complete financing formalities. No one reached back as i kept reaching out to the Sales team member and finally on Thursdays evening ( gap of 3 days) after my multiple follow ups, i received a phone calls to take my details to provide to the finance team. I kept my request to deliver my vehicle on priority, but was apprised that the sales team is busy and will try to deliver it next week, I again requested for Sunday delivery, thankfully i got it!On delivery day, after waiting few hours, i got my beautiful SUV ready for delivery. I said can i get a keychain? Reply - Sorry, you can buy one online.Again, on Monday, i receive a call, that the booking amount of $ 1000 has been refunded due to clerical errors and will reflect after 10 days in my account, but i should pay again right now. I insisted that once i get the refund due to their error, i will pay back. I got the amount back and then the sales rep asked for my card number along with CVV, i explained that the CVV cannot be given and you can use the card number to withdraw the amount. i paid again.I was told by Sales team that they will connect me to the Service manager and i will receive a call from him, i never did!Finally, after my text to the sales rep that i am not happy and would put my reviews, i got the First call from the Sales Manager saying that they are sorry and will keep a gift ready for me during my next visit.I love my vehicle, i love the brand Hyundai/Genesis! Great vehicles ! Service department at the dealership is exceptional !BUT - I bought my vehicle because i loved it, not for any courtesy extended by the Sales team. Very poor approach to customer service!

We were able to purchase a car through Jacky. We had a great experience from our initial outreach all the way to car delivery. Would definitely recommend utilizing the dealership and Jacky.
