The cashiers keep overcharging me and the quality isn’t good. Also, they used to have a 10% discount on everything after 4:30 but they sneakily added “some items only” in Chinese (and I can’t read Chinese). So essentially they were saying 10% everything after 4:30 on some items only. How is that supposed to make sense?

2025.09.05. Orchards Farm Market is one of the produce markets located on the first floor close by the elevators. See what they have available displayed. See if they have papayas. I had bought a bag of blueberries to be stored in the freezer. I can grab a handful, rinse and enjoy tasting them. Credit and debit cards with a minimum CAD 7.5 accepted.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I was blatantly shortchanged, and when I calmly pointed it out, I was accused of lying — as if I’d made the whole thing up. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate. If this is how they treat paying, honest customers, they don’t deserve to stay open. Avoid at all costs.

They need to learn how to tell real money from fake money. The cashier thought I used $100 in fake money and called the store owner. I tried to show the store owner that my $100 is real (circled in blue). She insisted on calling the police. Five police officers came and they determined the money was real. I stood there for an hour under her false accusations but never received an apology from the cashier or the store owner.
The owner is very rude.
They have bad customer service.

The cashier lady and shop owner are being rude to their colleagues.
One of the employees walked away and restocked things, a lady tried stealing things by that time in her responding area.
The employee got scolded for 10 mins by the owner and cashier lady, they used impolite words. As a customer, I feel overwhelmed on those wording. (they said 全部都係你搞出黎/都係你一手造成)
( 倀雞 may be the best fit for the owner and cashier lady)
Even it may be part of her responsibility but please be respectful for people.

This market has lots of Chinese vegetables but the cashiers rarely communicate with customers. Be sure to check the quality of the produce before buying and if the change is correct after paying.

This place has cheaper groceries and the freshness is okay. However, it is not 5 star because on many occasions the staff have really bad attitude, or they are not customer friendly. Anyways, good market, just care more about the service

They have 2 locations on the first floor in Richmond Public Market. Both of them have fresh and cheap produce, however lack of customer service at this location in the photos. The other one beside the fish store has less selection, but the staff are much nicer.

The best selection IMHO at the market. Well-lit all around, compared to the rest of the shops in the corners with dimmed lighting. One would think it's less traffic than Yaohan, but the parkade can be a circus at times. Fast service.
