I've been bringing my BMW M2 here for at least two years now and I'm very pleased with the service. All work done on my car has been done effectively and communication has been solid. When I did have an issue with them, they took responsibility and threw in some extras to make up for the trouble. All shops make mistakes every so often but taking responsibility and ensuring the customer leaves happy is what gets a repeat from me. I'll definitely continue to return to Performane One for my automotive needs.

Had multiple issues with this shop from only one appointment. First off they scratched my fender during front bumper removal for a Dinan cold air intake install. They were honest and didn't try to deny the damages and were quick to come to a solution for it to be repaired and painted. I thought this would be the end of it but unfortunately not. Today around 16 months after the initial appointment I decided to check on the K&N airbox filter that was installed as part of the Dinan intake kit. I noticed that the gasket on it was pinched and torn. Very unfortunate considering upon inspection it was very clean and not even in need of a re-oil. I don't want to have to replace a perfectly good clean filter that costed me $120 dollars and is supposed to be a "lifetime filter". I luckily had some rubber cement in my tool box and was able to fix it right on the spot. Checked the Repair for quality once cured and its as strong as the filters undamaged surrounding rubber. Luckily the repair is almost completely unnoticeable, if you didn't know it was there you would not even notice a repair in future filter inspections. Basically good as new. Don't be sorry performance one, be better. I understand accidents do happen, sadly two of them for me. Giving them 3 stars since they are an honest shop and obviously didn't mean for any of this to happen. They were quick to work with me on getting my fender sorted out and the quality of their work has been great besides these two issues. This was actually my second time having work done by performance one, the first appointment I had a CSF race radiator installed and a small coolant leak taken care of and had NO problems at all with it, they did an excellent job that time no issues!! Would still consider taking my car back here in the future for work since they're professional and honest and there's not many performance shops that specializes in BMW's in the mainland.

I have been going to Performance One since 2018. Manager Mike"s (and Louis's) knowledge and honesty to ensure that your car's health is optimum, repairing issues effectively and work to help keep cost down gives me 'peace of mind' and positive experiences. The shop is clean, staff are friendly -- their customer service is top notch - you can't go wrong bringing your car to Performance One! Worth it!

Fantastic workshop for after market upgrades at a reasonably price. Love the clean open garage environment. Mike was awesome to chat with, and provided a lot of good tips. They do ceramic coating and and all sorts of upgrades. Def check these guys out if you want to upgrade your car.

Shop looks clean and Staffs seemed friendly.I would say that was about it. I chose this shop to install aftermarket grille and side skirt based on high google rating and was looking forward to experience it.Unfortunately, i couldn’t agree with it base on my overall experience.The sales rep advised me that the fitment of the grille I purchased didn’t fit. I took his words for it and agree to pay for $317 for the labour thinking it was my own mistake. I followed up with the company where I purchased the parts from and they guaranteed that it’s retro fit without modification required and never had anyone bringing the part back base on over 500 buyers’ reviews. So I took another chance and found another auto body shop for installation. Fortunately, it was exactly as suggested that my grille was installed without modification in 2 hours.Gratefully, Performanceone manager Mike was able to refund the charge within 30 mins after our conversation and offered an apology on the inconvenience caused.Personally, I would not go back to the shop again base on my own experience, but I would still recommend this shop and give a rating of 2 instead of 1 base on Mike’s speedy response and resolution.Again, it’s just my own experience and I am sure others were fantastic.

I had a great experience with this shop, Went in for coil over kit with air cups and a full bushing install.Although the air cups were faulty from car ID, Mike helped me with a full reimbursement. Without his help I wouldn’t have had that option and would be out a lot of money.The rest of parts where installed flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier.Top notch shop with great employees!
