Refuse us not to buy many small pet fish only 2 or 4 pet fish Asian girl rude other service say we do not speak chinese only allow 10 srupid small fish. For customer service do not ask gallon tank big or small tell them how many only can get.You will loose customers.

was refused to buy 3 fish because my 50 gallon tank is too small? they keep their fish in tiny tanks but my tank is not good enough lol have fun keeping all the sick fish till they die rather than give them a good home !

On two separate occassions, when asking for help, the same female employee was unkind when offering answers. Answers were not helpful but instead given with attitude and gave me the impression that my lack of knowledge and need for help was a waste of time. I wanted to believe she was having a bad day the first time I spoke to her on a separate day but it seems that may just be how she interacts with customers? Hopefully not. Not a lower rating because everything else in the store is fine. I just needed help but had to leave because I felt bad afterwards.

Picked up a new pup at WestJet cargo. Went to this location for essentials and thought I’d ask if they could fit in a quick was and blow dry as the dog had been travelling 6 hrs
Really kind fellow enthusiastically agreed.
He was super nice and obviously loves his job and dogs.

RICHMOND PETSMART staff Dustin and Isabella is so helpful and provided excellent customer service and effective management of product expiration. I noticed that sone products on shelves were marked down due to upcoming expiration date which i initially found impressive. It gave me confidence that the store was actively managing its inventory.
However, my recent experience at 409 west 2 Ave petsmart vancouver online ordered and shipped me expired July 2025 dog food. This is completely unacceptable.
Again I highly recommend RICHMOND BRIDGEPORT petsmart.

Always have the things I want ofc. I take my dog grooming every couple months and Mimi is my groomer, she is really kind and through and let's me know what she will do before dropping my dog off. She is very professional and knows how to make my pupper looks handsome at the end of the groom!
