I came here before to buy medicine.
A female staff member who spoke Cantonese with an accent served me,
I guess she is from Mainland China.
Her attitude was very rude, and she spoke to me in a very condescending way.
One very noticeable thing about her was that while she was talking, she kept making quotation-mark gestures with both of her hands.
When I asked her questions, she answered me in a very impatient way.
The most disrespectful part was that she kept asking me,
“Do you even understand what I’m saying?”
At that time she was wearing a mask, so I couldn’t recognize her face clearly.
Otherwise, I would have filed a complaint already.
All the other staff here are very friendly — it was only this particular staff member.
This happened quite a while ago, so I’m not sure if she still works here.
But if she does, I really hope she can show proper professional conduct.
I also hope the company will pay more attention to the quality of staff they hire.
