We like their kids/baby clothing line. Lots of affordable cute clothes for my daughter. Service is always friendly, and if you sign up for their mailing list, you get 15%. Not bad.

Avoid online purchases with Ralph Lauren as there support is non existent and when you attempt to inquire at the store level they inform you there is nothing they can do. I thought Ralph Lauren had more pride with customer service issues. They should be ashamed with themselves.

ZERO customer service at cashier, the old chinese lady gave me an attitude simply because i did a return. Talked to the manager in store but I dont think she would care.

Highly inconvenient! They took an order later told me that it isn’t available online so I’ll have to come back to take refund as I paid with cash. They wouldn’t accommodate any other way of refund not even a family member picking it up after I offered to provide all the details and ID and return receipt. Don’t take orders if the item is unavailable!! Really disappointed
