THEY SCAM CUSTOMERS. They claim that customers get an additional 15% off all items, but only after marking up the prices MORE than 15%. So after their “discount” you end up paying more than regular price. I went back to the store soon after realizing, and a middle aged Chinese woman at the cashier was extremely defensive and rude. She just kept repeating that they have the rights to increase their prices however and whenever they want, and that ALL companies do the same. She also just shut me down and walked away in the middle of the conversation even though I was talking to her politely. What kind of customer service is this???? The other staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but that woman ruined my experience at Polo. I also work in the retail industry but never has our company increased our prices MORE than the discount price like this, deceiving our customers. I understand that there is inflation but they did not even have the decency to change the entire price tag— they were clearly in a rush before offering a discount. I spent over 1000$ there just to be treated like this. What a shame.

We need to work on removing dust from the top rows of clothes and hats. The flowers are very dusty. The service is good, but a little overkill, everyone wants you to call them at the checkout.

perhaps the shop realized their reviews aren't too good and now they are working overtime to make up for it. nonetheless their customer service is great, if not boarder-line tad-aggressive.

I am really sorry for the great brand like Ralph to have employees who they don't know how to respect customers, I bought a shirt from them and never had a chance to try it because got burned when I was ironing that and on the tag says it's allowed, by the way I reached out to the store and Jacob the store manager Treated me very disrespectful, he could have offered me atleast special discount to buy another one but not only he didn't do that he told me that's fine even if you never come back here,I have got really frustrated and will never shop there for sure.

I used to shop here a lot but the staff are not well trained for customer services, especially if the supervisor is not provide the good customer service how can you expect your staff knows how to do customer services.One of the sign with QR code is not even working, I asked why it’s not give me text message then the stuff told me “ oh that one is not working.” Why don’t you change it. Why leave it there for customer? Is it because you don’t want customers has discount so your sales are higher ?I give it two stars is because one of the girl is welling to provide me with good solution.I wish tsawwassen mills store can have kids section, so I don’t need to come here again!tsawwassen mills staff are much friendly than this store, why would I spend money to get poor customer services.

Staff borderline clingy approaches you to tell the cashier that they helped you and that you please state their name. After you go to the cashier you found out that the info about the prices are all incorrect and you wasted your time for nothing. Can not recommend and will not come back. If you want to waste your time feel free to be mislead by the staff.

I called ahead to make sure they had the specific item I wanted before I drove down. They don’t carry that item so either the person I spoke to lied, or didn’t know anything about Ralph Lauren products. Either way, one star.

It seems this store has just been on a downhill trajectory. All the staff just speaks in different languages and is just shouting everywhere for no reason! Also everyone thing is “marked up” now and priced higher than just a week ago.
