All the elevators are broken so if u need to go up, park on the floor u need to go to, unless you like stairs

They got like 7-8 little stores on the second floor, mostly for breakfast and lunch. I was able to find Hu La Tang at one store taste super delicious. The beef noodle soup is good too.

Came here for lunch at the Red Star Restaurant. Parking spots are plentiful by Richmond standard. There are few shops in this mall but there are a couple of restaurants and a small food court with various Chinese style cuisines.
