This was our first visit to Q living furniture and our experience was right away fantastic. Alex who helped assisted us in our end goal of ordering a couch really knew what would work best for our needs. He's so knowledgeable and covered everything. Rob also provided great guidance and direction in choosing certain aspects of our new couch. And the price was so affordable compared to what we expected it to be. Thank you Alex and Rob!

Q living has beautiful furniture. I picked up the Benji sectional and I am in love! The deep seats and big comfy cushions make it feel like I'm sitting on a cloud. Best purchase! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. And they are also pet friendly!!

A great experience here! We were shopping last month for both a couch and a dining set. Both times we did the whole "furniture row" in both Richmond and Coquitlam, and both times the only place we found exactly what we were looking for was Q Living in Richmond. Both times we worked with Vincent, and he could not have been more helpful and friendly. His service was excellent, the delivery was convenient and speedy, and the prices were fair and reasonable. I highly recommend stopping in to see him.

We worked primarily with Stephanie at Q Living to select new sofas and patio furniture, although everyone we talked to there was knowledgable and helpful about the products and suppliers.Stephanie was not only helpful and honest in-store but also super responsive for questions (even off-hours) and went above and beyond to ensure our order would make the manufacturer’s cut off for delivery before the holiday season. Our delivery was coordinated by Q Living with their external delivery contractor (True North) and it could not have gone more smoothly.This is our second time working with Q Living (first was in 2015) and we cannot recommend them enough.

Had a great experience buying a couch (2105) here in October 2023. Liked that it was no pressure sales and we are really happy with the couch itself which seems to be great quality. Delivery wassmooth and reasonably priced. Thanks to Joe for your help. We had such a good experience we came back a few months later to buy a storage bed. Appreciated Alex giving us some honest feedback on the models we were looking at. Overall good experience for both purchases.
