Today, I been in to this branch for DD without my debit card. My idea of thought was my phone number and ID would be enough fir this process and i got the same service from the another branch. I met with this Lady kristen she been telling me bunch of formalities and asked her Possible to make it fast since i was on my half an hour break.I think she didnot like it and I got rude response back from her and i been asked more than 20 question for my identity protection + my 2 pieces of ID! For real !!!!!. I Worst banking experience ever!!! Worst teller !!!

Love that they usually have someone who greets you with a friendly hello and a smile when you walk in. Also love that they leave their outer doors open after hours so that you can access the bank machines (unlike TD bank at Granville and No 3 Rd who don’t let their customers access the bank machines after hours!!)

Worst customer service compare to other RBC branches in Richmond and Surrey! I had never been asked to fill in a form for wire transfers in other branches. They can just copy the paper with the printed information. But this branch asked me to fill in a form with all hand-written information which was easy to make mistakes. She said they didn’t care how other branches did. Horrible! Waste of customer’s time!!

The operation of hours wrote atm opens 6am-12am. There's a few times I came at 11pm and the atm door was already closed. Must be some security that are lazy to lock it at 12am and lock it at 11

Awful customer service, including the floor manager Jody or Judy or whatever! 20+ years with RBC, i think it’s time to leave! Funny thing is I used to work at RBC! What a shame!!

Phone support is a joke. Frustratingly bad. Waited an hour then finally they transferred me to another department and then it was like “this number is no longer in use please call xxxxxxxx” and they said it so fast I couldn’t get the number in time and then it just disconnected. Wanted to kill someone.

Richmond Centre branch closed today. 3PM. Cannot find info about it online at all and only put up signs in branch. Ridiculous. No info online at all.

Today I experienced terrible customer service by Lorraine and Kristen. They did not help me, listen or deal with the matter professionally. Simple transfer between my accounts, I have done several times before. They insisted I need to book appointments with financial adviso. I am closing my saving account asap and eventually leave RBC because of this. 30 years of being with RBC. Thank Lorraine and Kristen.Maybe retraining needed.All the reviews are awful?

I have been with RBC for 4+years now. My IDs were stolen and ever since then I have had trouble with e transfers/ money transfers. I understand their protocols for id thefts but locking my account multiple times for every RBC app login I do is frustrating… even after confirming my ID. No credit limit increase for the past 4+ years offered depict showing proofs of my permanent residency. So these guys missed to save my PR proofs and didn’t renew my debit card. It was a hassle to take all my documents over again for the above mentioned. Later they send out 2 debit cards and neither worked. Now I have temporarily re located to the states, while speaking to one of the associates I was promised a new credit card (old one expires) to my present address. I call them today and they want my PR proofs again!!!!! This is ridiculous

I had a very good experience today in this branch. I forgot to get her name but I believe the teller is from Cantonese origin. She showed me a better and less costly way to solve my problem. Definitely deserve a 5 star review!
