Disclaimer: Please do not buy gift with gift receipt from Superstore if you don't think the person accepts it has time to return it to the store you bought it from. We would give 0 star if we could to both Marine Drive and Richmond locations.Here is our story:We got a toy as a gift for our baby during Christmas time and didn't open it until January. The toy doesn't work properly, so we went to South West Marine Drive location to return it as we have the gift receipt. We were told by a staff at customer service that the value of the toy was larger than the amount they could do a return ($60ish) even with store credits she couldn't help us, so we had to go to the store where the person bought it to return which is Richmond. Because we don't live in Richmond and had to take care of a newborn, we finally made it to Richmond location today as of February 22nd and just to be told that the toy was bought in November and it's now February, so they couldn't help us. If we brought the toy in January they would be able to return. Again we also asked for store credits instead of the cash refund as we thought we would spend money at Superstore for grocery anyways but sill said 'no' to us. This is RIDICULOUS! Now both stores wasted our time and money (gas) to end up telling us non-refundable even with credits. It's very interesting to see a big company as Superstore/Loblaws is having such malpractice for customer service even though they've been making lots of profits upon the latest reports. Thanks for wasting our time and money! We will spread our experience to other people around us so they could be aware how bad the system is.

please always check your receipt. It happened on Feb 12 around 9pm. There was an item showed on my receipt but I didn’t buy it. I checked with the customer service and the first question that lady asked me was " what code did you put there?" It doesn't make sense to me why she was asking this question to the customer. I was never trained to be a cashier, how can I know the code for something that I even didn't buy it! I don’t know what exactly happens, but the lady in the customer service said “it happens". No apology, and seems it's the customer's fault if something show on your receipt that you even didn't buy it.

The store was clean and organized. It had a lot of variety ranging from clothes, food, kitchen appliances, and pharmacy. The staff were nice and friendly.

This superstore is so well managed. It’s always clean and organized. Staff actually know where things are. Excellent selection of products that serves the multi ethnic demographic in Vancouver. Also a decent variety of organic and healthier choices (would love to see this section grow). Parking can be a challenge at some hours and traffic in the area is atrocious but the store itself is great!We also adore the tropical plants coming in and love that they have been thriving for literally decades!We haven’t used the bathrooms here or had any interactions with customer service so perhaps this isn’t a full picture review - however, we enjoy the shopping experience here (especially compared to other big box stores such as Walmart).
