I am never going back to this dealership. At the beginning they act very nice but when we go back with a concern, they are not interested to even hear the problem and directly deny that they can’t do anything about it. When i bought the vehicle they said everything is fixed in the used vehicle most the things needed to be replaced is replaced but when i took the vehicle, i noticed wipers were not working well, they replaced it but after 2 months when i washed the car for first time it started removing it’s colour from the bonnet. When asked if it’s repainted or something they directly said it can be someone who may have scratched your vehicle. Atleast they would have took interest to look into the file about previous accident or something. The dealer name was Zoe. She told me you yourself can have a look at car fax everything about accident is written while the car fax only shows how much it cost for that accident. If you are going at honda richmond than never approach zoe she is worst dealer i have ever seen…..and my advice is never show your interest in the vehicle at the very beginning without letting them reduce the price. They didn’t even reduce one dollar for the vehicle.

I just picked up a 4runner, and the salesperson was Sam Liang. He was very patient throughout the process and helped the car owner avoid pitfalls. He was always helpful from ordering the car to picking up the car. In the future, Toyota will be my first choice when buying a car. Sam Liang will be my first choice.

Never going back there. Worst experience ever. They are very nice when you gonna buy a vehicle from them with so many offers, saying we will do them after time by time. Once you came out of their agency they never accept their promises. My sister bought a brand new pick up truck may be 2 months ago from them on a special deal that time. I attached the photo with the offers they gave in less price. Now they are being so rude never listen to you just making their own statements and we end up with arguments. Their General Manager and Salespersons are so rude after you are done with your purchases. This was my personal experience with this location(Jeep,Ram) at Richmond Auto Mall.

Hi there i want tell too all guys please don’t buy pickup from this location because when we buying pickup ram 1500 they said after few day we will fix the sunroof but right now it’s out of stock we agreed that time but now they said we can not fix sunroof . We did discuss with the general manager he also laying and saying we can not fix that what is thing this is not good thing.Please if you want buy any vehicle from this location please don’t pick up without fix all accessories because after few day they can say we can not fix that because they all are liar I submitted also photo of that your agreement. Also GM rude behaviour with us he said I don’t want wast my time with you. Salesman mustafa faryad and GM both are lier

Cant say much good! I purchased a dodge ram 1500. Dealer forgot to mention the trucks have a faulty rear window that will break. They hope it runs out of warranty. Its a nice truck but dodge is well aware of a few issues that they try not fix and wait until warranty has run out. Dodge Bulletin # 23-016021 REV.A. says don't replace until window leaks. lol. why wait and cause damage to your customer vehicles. 6 phone calls and not a single return call from the dealer. They don't back up their vehicles and don't really care about customers. Not a big deal. I'm selling the truck and buying a GMC Sierra. I dont care anymore that you wont return my call or fix the known issue. I just wont buy a dodge again. Maybe the dealer should start doing the right thing, call people back and fix the problems you caused. Its no wonder dealers get bad names.

This review is purely for the lack of facilities at Richmond Automall.There are barely any food or beverage selections and no vending machines. Many clients come here to get their cars serviced and can be sitting here for hours. How do you not have any food/drink options. Also, the lack of working spaces for laptops is extremely inconsiderate.Staff at the dealerships are perfectly nice.
