He took the time to look for replacement parts, and when that wasn't an option for my outdated setup, he found a replacement (and the only replacement left in that design) for a stellar price. 5 stars! Excellent service and great quality materials. I had no idea what I was doing with my closet renovations and they helped me pick the materials, find a good carpenter, figure out designs and tracks. They responded quickly to emails and helped me stay informed of delivery dates. The delivery guys were great too!
