Had a great experience with getting my car serviced here recently. Was dealing with a long-standing issue with my car that the previous rep neglected, but Eugene was extremely helpful and attentive. The issue was addressed promptly and was satisfied with the level of service I received.

I bought a car online and had it shipped to me. I found some damage to car that was not disclosed. Salesman said "sorry". LOL All the pictures that were given to me and online did not show any damage. I had asked him specifically to show me any damage and he didnt show me this. Its going to cost me $1000 for the one repair. Also a few small problems as the driver seat must of had a burn in it and was cheaply repaired as well as the dash had a dent in it . My fault for buying online i guess. Never again. Do not trust their word

Every time I drove it home, there were various problems and I went back to have it repaired. His family has a bad reputation1. I didn’t have time to go to the RMD when I picked up the car. I wanted to negotiate a few days later. The person from the body shop threatened me with a fine? Sorry, it's easy to negotiate, but I won't accept the threat. Besides, the repair shop has no right to fine the customer. Later, because the car was repaired three times and it was not repaired, I complained to the white manager and asked about the situation. The manager talked to me in circles the whole time without apologizing. He neither admitted that the car factory did not do a good job nor offered a solution. He said: Then this time we The car factory is already repairing it for you, and our manpower also costs money and time. If there are any problems in the future, you can come back to repair it. I immediately became angry after hearing this?Is it my fault that the car cannot be repaired? My time was wasted and why are you so confident and not apologizing? Mother took her ram 1500 ecodiesel to the service center for 2 recalls that are causing engine light to be on. Service suggested that the engine light is not related to the recalls and suggested that she spend close to $200 for a diagnostics first and god knows how much to repair it. Good thing my mother called me because I took over and asked for the recall to be done first before doing additional paid work, and then the service person came back and said 'it would take 1 to 2 months to get the parts for your recall.' I said no and we took the vehicle to a dealership in South Surrey. They booked us for the recalls with only 1 week wait and guess what, after the recalls were done, the engine light problem went away! With hindsight, the guy who tried to talk my mother into an expensive, unnecessary repair is at best really bad at his job for not knowing the cars, and at worst a complete scammer trying to take advantage of vulnerable people. Therefore I recommend that everyone to avoid this place for your service/diagnostics/repairs. Find a place that treat their customers with honesty and avoid getting scammed!

Turner Lee - Sales gets 5+ starsThis is my FOURTH vehicle from Richmond Chrysler and this is hands down the best buying experience I've had. Turner Lee was great to work with. He listened to me and really got to know me and what I wanted in a new Jeep. When I got to the dealership he was ready and showed me 4 models with the different Trim levels, and although the color I liked the most wasn't on the main lot, Turner went above and beyond and personally drove the New Jeep from the storage lot to main lot for me to test drive. he found the perfect Jeep for me, every feature I asked for, and the color that I loved.The entire staff was kind, caring, attentive and professional. Eugen at Go Richmond Chrysler was/is the "go to" guy for me. Very straightforward and attentive to my Jeep's servicing request. All the staff members from the servicing/sales team to the mechanics at this location are all very professional and to the point - this is what makes me go back there compared to other Chrysler dealership locations. "Hey everyone! I recently had an experience at go richmond and I wanted to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my visit. They added extra charges to my bill without informing me beforehand, which was really frustrating. On top of that, the customer service wasn't up to par. The staff seemed unhelpful and didn't address my concerns properly. Overall, it was a letdown and I wouldn't recommend this dealership. Just wanted to give you all a heads up!"
