Great place to buy second-hand items, and support the hospital at the same time!

TLDR: staff are setting stuff aside for resellers. Things like video games.A few updates to this store.I used to visit every weekend but I’ve noticed that they set things aside for people, like video games and things. Also prices have gone up significantly.CDs have doubled in price and many things are now “googled”The volunteers are great and I understand raising the prices but I can’t stand that they are Setting stuff aside for RESELLERS

Honestly the best thrift store in Richmond. I donate regularly. Prices have been kept affordable for those who need to thrift, and don’t thrift as simply a hobby. Volunteer run. And in an amazing heritage building. They have 50% off sales on occasion, and the children’s clothing is fairly priced. Love this store. Treasures are to be found if you’re patient. And lots of cheap toys for the kids.

This is a great thrift store with wonderful, hard working volunteers including teenagers. It’s great to see teens thrifting and recycling items. I love this place!

Big fan of This thrift store. But recently noticed that the teen (especially the brown shoulder length hair one with glasses) is shopping before, during her shift.I don’t care if the volunteers shop in the store at all but don’t be so blatant about it. Maybe don’t be constantly walking around looking at stuff, trying on jewelry and watches.I also saw her put away two leather jackets to try on later.Makes me feel like the teens will buy out all the stuff here.

Best thrift store around. Fair prices, which a lot of thrift stores have seemed to get away from nowadays. Run by a bunch of elderly volunteers. Love to see it. Keep up the great work!

I love this place. Feels like an “old-school” thrift experience. Very fair pricing, volunteer run, love supporting a hospital with my $$. Thanks to all the people involved in keeping this place great!

Went in to buy something today and saw a horrible old volunteer lady being awful to a young man, I overheard her making obscure accusations. Saw the same lady at the cashier and still making a scene to another shopper, saying boots are $5 while clearly there is a sign that says, "boots for $1." Both scenarios, she was targeting Asian people. If that isn't a racist, I don't know what is.

This neighbourhood thrift seems very popular, it was busy on both of my visits and the staff members are dedicated to checking/testing every item before sending anything out to be sold.
