Very similar to save on foods in UBC. Also a great place to get freshly baked goods I the morning. A really important thing I like about this save on foods is that it is one of the stores that also sells sides like soup and samosas, and sometimes even some main dishes.

Had an issue where there was an incorrect price called for help via the self check out button and waited patiently. There was only one person at customer service who was busy dealing with a customer which I understand. It looked like this customer was going to be taking some time going through a stack of their lottery tickets. I politely asked if there was anyone else available. Della, the customer service clerk was very over that she was ignoring me so I repeated the inquiry again. Only after having to raise my voice her response was she was I'm busy in a Kurt and rude tone.A simple response to my initial question would have been more than acceptable rather than just ignoring me and then having to respond rudely. A little bit of courtesy would go a long way.

Cleanest location in Richmond.Wonderful place to be treated with respect for the all Chinese community.Great customer service team and management respects customers.Wish the other one at Ironwood Plaza would have the high standards as this location has. But that store is to close soon from all the problems with it.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service from Angela from the bakery, and Richard store manager of this Terra Nova location!Background: I work as a coordinator for a large regulatory agency nearby.. event planning is what I do on a regular, if not daily basis. This time, I was planning for a retirement party - needed cake, gift card, decorations and flowers. Seems easy… until I realized that I needed these things before noon, as the party starts at noon. Other bakeries / florists either did not respond, or do not deliver before noon. When I reached out to TN Save on’s bakery, Angela picked up the call, and was super chipper and helpful - such a breath of fresh air from all the other disappointing interactions I had with other bakeries earlier that day! She went above and beyond by making sure that all my questions were answered, and even encouraged me to purchase the flowers and other goods I needed at the location - one-stop shop!Of course, cake turned out perfect, everything else also went according to plan - everyone at the party was happy!Just now, Richard, the store manager, even reached out to introduce himself and showed appreciation for our interaction. This is, without a doubt, 10/10 customer service, 10/10 would recommend! :)
