It only looked cleaned on the outside. When looking under the seats, its still quite dirty, like they didn't even attempt to vacuum it.

$45 to wash SUV to wash only the exterior. I was at rush to go to work so I did not check. The car was still dirty after wash. I tired to show the photo without driving back they said the dirty part not their responsibility to clean. NEVER come back again. The attitude is so bad.

VERY FRUSTRATED! I have been coming here for car wash since Day 1. It used to be a very good place to have my car washed. The interior and exterior were always cleaned in the expectation of hand car wash. BUT, today will be my last time. To be honest, this is not the first time that the interior was not done properly. But, I am still willing to give a second chance. After a long wait today, I left with all the interior unwiped especially my seats and cup holders. Totally NOT wiped at all. I went back and asked for a second clean as it was totally not I expected from a $50+ car wash. And one of the workers explained that their car wash only included exterior and windows. I was shock! This is the first time I heard of that. If hand car wash only includes these two items, why don’t I go to machine wash which only cost me $20+?????????
