Some associates and cashiers are not at all welcoming. Although it was my first time receiving a birthday gift, I had been purchasing for 10+ years together with my cousin’s account.
Not happy about mine, after hearing from friends of their substantial gifts. I could only guess that it was based on my zero order history.

I think her name was Amrit but she was super helpful with what I was needing. I was looking for a concealer that worked for my concerns. Amrit was readily available to help me with finding one that worked for me. She gave me lots of recommendations and tips. The cashier was also very sweet and complimented my nails but didn’t catch her name. Overall, great experience at Sephora and will be returning again.

Very disappointing experience.
At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that items could be returned within 30 days even if used. No usage limit was mentioned at all.
When I came back to return the item within 30 days, I was suddenly told it was “too used” and given a completely different explanation. This inconsistency feels misleading.
I also chose the 100ml smaller size specifically because it was my first time trying the product. Expecting customers to stay under an unspoken usage limit for such a small size is unreasonable.
What made this worse was the staff’s attitude — instead of handling the issue professionally, security was called and I was asked to leave, over a simple return discussion.
Poor transparency and unacceptable customer service.

I had an extremely distressing experience at this location while shopping with my kids. I was followed by security, treated with suspicion, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. As a Black customer, the experience felt discriminatory and left me shaken. Not to mention, the staff were very rude and unhelpful. It's the holidays for goodness sake. Be kind and do better. I won’t be returning.

I had a great experience at Sephora thanks to Ms. Michelle K. She was very helpful and assisted me with everything I needed. She is truly dedicated to her work and explains products with sincerity, not just to make a sale. I really appreciate her patience and genuine help. Thank you, Michelle!

The sales associates at this store were super nice and really helpful. They explained everything I needed which I really appreciated. Lauren at checkout was especially friendly and polite. I’d love to come back!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora today, and it’s all thanks to Paniz P. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand what my fiancé and I were looking for, and her product recommendations were spot-on!
Paniz didn’t just suggest products — she explained why they would work for our skin types, walked us through application tips, and made sure we felt confident about our choices. Her passion for beauty, skincare, and customer care truly shows. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
It’s rare to find someone who puts so much heart and genuine effort into helping customers, and Paniz absolutely did that. We left the store 100% satisfied and more informed, all thanks to her!

Went to pick up a birthday gift from this location. After not being able to find a product I wanted to purchase, I went ahead to the counter to just get the gift. The cashier Nisha was not very enthusiastic nor friendly. The interaction left a poor taste in my mouth. All the other associates in the store were helpful or tried to be. Why put someone who is not keen on customer service at the cashier where the customer is guaranteed to have interaction with them? However, judging from the interaction, I’m unsure how helpful she would be working the floor either. I give Nisha zero stars, the two stars go to the rest of the team who provided adequate service while I tried to locate items in the store.

Alanna was the absolute star here!!! She had such a bright personality, was so enthusiastic to show us around the store, and was able to give us recommendations for foundation, colour corrector, and setting powder!! Her love for make-up is apparent in her enthusiasm, and we had such a good experience with her at this location!!

Robson is the best Sephora. However The cashier at RC was amazing and the person who helped me at Sephora collection but it was not the experience it usually is. I legit wanted to return my items and just buy online because I just personally felt the service felt disingenuous and transactional. Which obviously it is but when I’m spending my money I’m here for the experience.
