This location has a lot of product the other locations are out of so I end up here a lot. The staff, once they got over the fact that I’m a man shopping for myself, are really helpful. I do with the floor employees could cash you out like they used to because the lineup can get very long, and the cash desk is very small but c’est la vie.

It's always a fun time in Sephora! It's a no-brainer shopping experience. With all of the quality brands you love in one place! The staff is extremely helpful and nice.It is always clean and bright.I will be back again, as always !!

Last week I went to buy some foundation, I was searching for an employee to help me color match but none were available, so I grabbed a couple shades and sampled them on my hand. The bottles were covered in foundation so it got all over my hands. When an employee finally did come to ask if I needed help, I said “yes I need help with a color match, and can I please have a Kleenex to wipe off this foundation”, she responded with “I’ll go get someone to help you”. She never came back. I went to the other side of the store and there was a different employee who was more than willing to help me with both a color match and a Kleenex to wipe my hand off. She was very friendly and helpful.I went back yesterday to pick up a HUDA palette, and as I was browsing an associate was assisting another customer and approached the HUDA products, where I was standing. I could tell the employee wanted in the drawers in front of me so I took a step back to let him in. After finding what he was looking for he stood up right in front of me, speaking to the other customer and stood there and continued to converse while I waited to continue to browse the eyeshadows. At first I didn’t think much of it but the more I waited, the more I felt like my experience was not valued near as much as the other customer.

Worst experience ever . One month ago , I returned a foundation in store which I purchased online and They gave me gift card which the dumb guy working at the store didn’t activated. Now I am frustrated because i am calling customer service and can’t visit this location . It is really annoying. All the know is to serve customers quickly but they are not really efficient

We came to this store for the first time. It was not crowded. I was looking for help in 2 counters and no one attended for almost 20 mins. So many people were standing in the front but no one was ready to attend. Luckily my husband was in perfume section and anshul helped him selecting his perfume. When we came to bill the perfume the girl at the cash counter asked if anshul helped us I said yes, however I also said no one was there to help me at Gucci counter and Mac she did not have anything to say not even sorry. I won't come back to this store. Not happy with the customer service. ?

Terrible customer service. I've been VIB many years and even ROUGE and have had a hard time getting any actual help. Even trying to return something I got in store, online. Because I don't live within 4 hours of a store and I just so happen to pass one and was color matched with the wrong tone. They wouldn't let me return it through the mail. And wouldn't work with me as a long time customer. They GIVE AWAY products to people but couldn't take something back? So weird. Find me at ULTA

Very disappointed at their customer service and this has been an on going problem at this location for me.As I walked thru the door with my child, the greeting person at the door made full eye contact with me and then she completely just snubbed at me and turn her head away. I’ve notice this is the same person who ignored me just a few weeks ago as well.No one came and the only person who helped me was the cashier.

Poorly trained staff and you can never find anyone helpful. Line up to cashier is always slow. The displays and testers are mostly messy and broken. Today is a well advertised promotion but the cashier forgot to apply the discount, and shockingly, isn’t even aware of it, so she had to refund me and ask another staff about it. Enough time wasted at this store.

you get watched/followed as if you’re stealing its very annoying, makes me not even want to be in that environment. i have anxiety and this store is somewhere i need to mentally prepare myself for to enter. the workers are nice sometimes, other times make me feel stupid/inexperienced for not wearing makeup into the store. theyre out of stock of alot of things aswell.

My first visit to this store was very disappointing. I felt disrespected and realized that they only value customers who make purchases. The staff approached me twice, and I declined. Eventually, she brought over another customer to check out the products behind me. As she stood with her back to me, she pushed me three times with her back, and I was forced to stop looking at items on the shelves. I asked her not to push me, and she replied that she was serving other customers. I complained to the store manager and she promised she would handle it. I heard the manager remind the staff to be polite to customers with the headsets before I leave.

quite disappointed with my experience at this location the other day (6/25). the girl at cash had a lot of attitude. not sure if she was having a bad day but she was super rude (red hair w/ braids). i just shook it off, asked if i could pay cash and she said yes, but right when i was going to pull out my cash she says "actually you can only pay card here" and didn't offer me an alternative or apologized for the inconvenience. the girl beside her was much more helpful, said i could pay at the other till, but the rude employee then looked at me and asked with attitude "do you want o pay with cash or card," clearly implying me to do the latter. i did card anyway because i didn't want to be there any longer

I am very disappointed on my first visit today. I asked a girl with the eveglasses by the entrance about the curling iron..After waiting for few minutes as she checked with her colleague, she came back and said that somebody is already looking for me at the back as she assumed and said I asked another staff earlier and that I cannot asked another person with the same thing( rude tone) which I did not ask anyone and found out it was another person who asked. She just all of a sudden assumed the same person asked for same thing.
