I went to the post office of the Shoppers Drug Mart at Richmond Centre to mail a Birthday card for a friend. I included some gift-cards in the envelope so I knew I would need to pay an extra postage cost. A tall guy working there determined the charge of the postage cost by only touching the thickness of the envelope but not by weighing the envelope on the scale like other post offices do. This made me loose trust in the process. That Birthday card with gift-cards inside ended up going missing after that, and never made it to the address. This incidence made me not trust that post office any more. Christmas is coming, I know I won’t mail any Christmas cards containing gift-cards inside at that post office ever again. Or I will need to mail them by registered mails.

I have not had any good experiences here with the staff they have these days and the rude abusive security they hire. They have 3 good employees that do their best , work hard and clearly try to do the best they can to give good service. The older Caucasian cashier does excellent and clearly knows what she's doing, the younger lady in her 20s i am guessing for her age that is short does really well and is kind and the tall younger Asian gentleman works hard and is poloite/does well.Besides this I find their staff to be very unprofessional, rude and like as if they do not care.I came here one night and my credit card needed to be reset so I wanted to call the company, the cashier proceeded to screw me around and called security on me and I was basically ganged up on by a cashier and the security guard. The security guard treated me like a criminal and was trying to almost confiscate my credit card even though my name was on it , it's in my name and I have my online account to show I am the card owner and it's my account.I even had to show my I'd and I was still been mistreated.I find the security very unprofessional and will harass you in the store and way over step their boundaries with customers. The security is clearly having a power trip and they are quite abusive and act mest up towards customers.I find over the years the staff to be quite rude and that they do not care like the old staff that worked there before use to care. All in all besides those 3 excellent staff I highly recommend going to a different shoppers in Richmond and I am highly unimpressed with the staff here and the security team. The service has highly gone downhill and I recommend staying away from here.

Horrible shopping experience at the post office of this Shoppers Drug Mart at Richmond Centre ever! Not even 1 star! The tall white guy staff was very impolite and not friendly. I told him I would like to send a letter by air mail and ask him how much I need to pay, he didn't answer. I thought he couldn't hear me so I repeated, again and again for 3 times not answering. Then he said He is thinking and needs to weight the letter in bad attitude! Then I told him I want to buy 2 more set of stamps, he rolled his eyes! So unprofessional and rude! Will not come to the post office again!

I only went to the pharmacy here and would just like to thank Arthur for the quick and easy vaccination experience. He was professional, answered any questions I had, and gave a painless shot. Great job!

I entered your store at 3:45 AM and had to find a staff person. There were three staff, a guard and a pharmacist. There were no other customers in the store. I asked the staff for directions to find a face mask to buy. They all ran from me. I had to ask the pharmacist to help me. I also needed cold medicine. When I went to check out no one would come to the register. I asked the guard to take my money as I needed to get to the airport. I had to raise my voice to beg someone to come. After begging loudly for several minutes someone came. All the staff that worked that night should be fired for being inconsiderate and predujiced against an elderly white man. Shame on your store!

For a pharmacy staff of 8 they’re incredibly understaffed you can’t even start your interaction for 10 minutes only to be sent elsewhere in the store. It’s before 10am on a Saturday.Go somewhere else if you need a person

I share a similar experience as another person that left a review. No problem with shoppers but it's the guy name KEVIN that works at the post office. Really bad attitude, sounds sarcastic, talks to you like you are stupid and doesn't smile or act friendly.I don't come to this post office unless I have to and I hate my experience there, I hate dealing with him, every single time.

Don't buy electronics here because they can't be returned. Bought a iPhone charging cable here which was made by Targus, not Apple, but they said no returns "because Apple." But it's Targus, not Apple. Anyhow, looks like electronics are final sale. You've been warned.

You have an Indian middle-aged man with long hair tied in braids working the late-night shift at your store. Every time I approach him with a question, his attitude is extremely poor! He carries himself as if the world owes him something and never displays any patience in responding to customers. His answers always consist of "I don't know," and sometimes he can't even be bothered to lift his head! Furthermore, during the early morning hours today, May 27th, the pharmacist on duty was a young Asian woman. I approached her very politely to inquire about something, but she remained seated at her position and was unwilling to come over. However, I needed to show her some pictures of medications as it was difficult to explain everything verbally. She didn't even make direct eye contact with me! Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave, resulting in my family being unable to take their medication this morning. Every other pharmacist I've encountered before has been excellent and very helpful. This Asian woman had the worst attitude I've ever witnessed, and I strongly suspect that she discriminated against me. As a small business owner myself, I personally believe that employees like these should be terminated because they can cause significant customer losses for your store and tarnish the reputation of your brand. Apart from these two individuals, all the other employees at your store are exceptionally friendly! I hope you can address this issue. Thank you.

Worst experience I've ever had at this store. As I was leaving the store at the front entrance this old lady who works there Accused me of stealing and demanded me to show her my Receipt which you guys never do. Why do I need to show my receipt when you have almars that go off if you never paid for it. You can't just Falsely accused someone just based on a Hunch. Thus happened on June 8th 2023 at 2pm at the front entrance where you can exit 24 hours.

I am immediately a fan of any Transit accessible 24/7 store, the only reason for four stars instead of five as I am not so much a fan of feeling followed by loss prevention as I just try to do my regular grocery shopping on my way home from work. Still 4 out of 5 as I understand that they're just doing their job, and I do appreciate having a store that I can actually go to that works with my not so convenient scheduled work hrs!

I was pretty thirsty and wanted chilled coke that was already cooled in the fridge, so I came here looking to buy one. I easily found the selection of drinks in one giant fridge section called refreshments. It was in front of the checkout area. The drink selection was pretty large. They had a large variety of soft drinks, iced teas like Arizona and Lipton, vitamin water, some types of milk, and energy drinks. Unfortunately, because I came late in the evening, the good drinks that I really liked were sold out. Some of the drinks they sold were overpriced. No Frills and Dollarama's prices for chilled drinks are much better. There was a chilled 250mL bottle of diet coke on sale for $1.49 down from $2.29. It's a decent deal, so I got that. I browsed around the store a bit afterwards and noticed there were several security guards with security labeled jackets walking around. I guess this store has experienced high theft. The store is kinda messy because there were a lot of sealed cardboard boxes and pallets in the middle of the aisles left unopened, waiting to be stocked. Also saw misplaced items on the shelves. At the checkout area, they have a couple self checkout machines. There was no line in the regular checkout so I was able to purchase my drink right away. The staff here are pretty friendly and fast. No complaints with the service here. They have a Canada Post post office in the back area. Used it a couple times in the past years ago. Decent service there as well. Overall, It's OK...3 stars.
