spent more than $50 tried to get points, loaded offer, forget to scan point card. Lady there no even remind you , just tell you to go home and call the PC optimum , called and submitted claim. No redeem, no answer , asked them questions couple of times ,no answer. My case number for the PC optimum redeem is 17237788. Experience is extremely bad, will try not to go there anymore. If I could give 0 points won't hesitate for 1 second.

Disgusting customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was shopping at the store with my toddler and my three-year-old asked to go to the washroom, holding her stomach. I ran to the pharmacist, asking to use the restroom not for myself but for my child and was laughed at told there is no public washroom here, if you call this customer service to deny a child, a pregnant woman or an old person the ability to use a washroom in your store especially if this store is not a convenient store, but actually a pharmacy that is not only rude. It is disgusting and not the way human beings to treat each other. Shoppers change your voice or lose people from paying your insane prices. .

When I humbly requested earlier shots, after confirming the scheduled appointment, I was positively granted ASAP. It was my 2:10pm appearance(instead of 3pm schedule), then got granted the 2 shots immediately, at 2:30pm. Not yet Christmas, but was a VERY MERRY Accommodation. Respectfully, I bow onto that Pharmacy Bro who treated??♂️???.

Worst pharmacy service here. Dont even bother getting your prescription here.They failed me twice. I already faxed all my scripts to them from my doctor's office. Still, they didn't refill all of them because one of the medications they didn't dispense was so expensive ?? and I do not have any more coverage on my extended health, which I am fully aware of. But I just paid the rest of the meds that I picked up from out of my pocket. like WTH

The manager of the post office here is the rudest, most immature full grown man-child I’ve ever met. Snarky and rude, yelled at me for them loosing track of a sent passage. Made condescending remarks and made absolutely no attempt to help solve the issue. Go to ANY OTHER POSTAL OFFICE unless you enjoy being yelled at, treated rudely and made fun of. How this man was promoted and not fired is beyond me. Better hope you never have to pick up or send a package at this location.Oh and on top of that! This shoppers refuses large cash bills. Very dissapointing.

Terrible pharmacy experience. Was told to return this week since they didn't have my injection in stock that day. Returned today and was re-directed to three different counters of countless waiting. Drop off counter finally located my prescription and injection and then asked me to wait at another counter. While waiting, the "consultation" employee was loudly sighing and saying how stressed she was, how she was 15 appointments behind all the way until 2:00 PM and looked at me as if I should know the unspoken signs to leave her alone. She loudly announced across the pharmacy that she is very stressed out being late (not sure what she's late for because I only saw 1 other patient sitting out waiting for her appointment and she checked in after me) and she asked me to return later in the day.Not all of us have the time to be standing around waiting and asked to "come back between 4:30 to 6:30 pm. This is not the type of customer service a pharmacy should offer. Don't ask me if it's "okay" to come back later. No, it is actually not okay.Instead of wasting the three minutes sighing and complaining out loud unprofessionally, she actually could have completed my injection and saved me a third trip to their lousy pharmacy. This incomplete injection costed me a total of 1 full hour of wasted time.

I had to come here 2 days a row from a 56 min drive away because their fax machine wasn't accepting my prescription from my doctors office. Their attitude is so poor and unapologetic. The two times I waited for someone to come help me, the staff of 4+ people in the pharmacy just walked around with their heads down completely ignoring that they have a customer. The shoppers staff are much more friendly, but the pharmacy group not so much. When they finally received my prescription they said 20 mins and it was 47

Today it’s my 2nd time to be recommended (dropped) by my family doc and I came to pick up 4 hours later, the girl checked and told me that the prescription is not ready because they don’t know if I need it or not! Come on! What kind assumptions do you have? I had appointment with my doc for nothing? If you assumed that I might not need them where is your communication??? Now I have to wait for 20 minutes

Me and partner went there after dinner to shop around, we also got coupons for free case of Lipton tea each. Upon checked out, Kate (apparently the Front Store Supervisor) was helping me. I first asked if I can use coupon the self check out politely. She just grabbed the coupon in my hand and said 'no', she then walked towards the cashier to which both of us just followed. She scanned the case twice and asked for a payment, because I got a case and my partner got a case. I thought I misread the coupon so I read it again. The coupon indicated 1 free case per customer, and that what I told her. So I explained I was gonna use the coupon then my partner so we can grab two cases in one go on 2 separate invoice. I understand miscommunication and misunderstanding happened, especially with coupon usually they are buy 1 get 1 it something. Anywho, she insisted on payment without reading the coupon, not until there was some body lining behind then she finally read the prints. The whole experience was relatively negative, I personally is open to error if that's the case, however we were treated disrespectfully.and definitely not happy with her attitude at all.

This shoppers drug Mart had been my favourite for last 5 years but the new tall female Filipina manager/supervisor wearing a black jacket has ruined everything. She is very rude and arrogant. She literally followed me around the store and stood right behind me to check I'm paying for the item. Why this discrimination? Everytime I enter the store she makes me feel like I'm being watched. Won't let me enter the store with my electric scooter I'm fine if that's the policy. She needs to change her attitude or else most of the customers are going to take there business to SaveOnFoods. Hopefully the owners are looking into this.

The pharmacy department is a joke! The pharmacist Henry thinks he's better than everyone asks a question if he doesn't like your answer he speaks over top of you with a demeaning tone. The pharmacy team over reaches a bit too much thinking they Trump doctors orders demand answers from you but won't listen to you. 2 years of bs because it was convenient but now I am done with them. Their job is literally to help people their attitude is arrogant at best

had an appointment today for covid vaccine and was told they don't have stock anymore. staff offered no assistance and basically was told to leave and figure it out myself. what a waste of time. will not be coming back to this pharmacy.
