Store was clean and well organized. There are so many shoes to choose from.Mathew was the one who helped us. He was super helpful.He was very professional, helpful and friendly. I really like this store, because out of all of the Skechers stores, I feel like it’s the most complete one, and they almost always have a deal on some of the models that they sell. Employees are also very kind, friendly, and helpful. Right now, they also have a deal that if you buy 2 pairs of shoes, you’ll get 50% off one of them.

The Manager on site is very rude!!! Slip ins shoes are way too expensive!!! Staffs doesn't offer us if we need help finding what we are looking for. Please train all your staffs on how to treat customers good so they won't turn around and leave. There is surely miscommunication gaps between Manager and her staffs.

Terrible customer serviceI went to the stores to return an online order.Bought a total of 3 pairs and wanted to return 2. I used my sketchers points online to redeem $5 on my order.When returning my order I was told they could not apply the $5 points. They can divide the $5 between the 3 pairs. So $3.5 would be removed from the offer. Which is totally unfair. I would have been able to apply the $5 point even if I bought one pair. So sketchers would be eating up my points and the $3.5.Another employee came up explaining that stores and online is different. If they are different then sketchers should not allow customer to return in stores. And if different then my points are none of their concern.He then advised that he had to call mgr and would not even approve of giving the $5 at all.The first employee said only minus $3.5 as I kept one pair. And now they go back on their word, saying none at all.He also advised me if I wanted to keep the $5 I could ship all 3 pairs back to refund and then rebuy the one pair. Are you kidding what kind of customer service is that telling a customer to ship it back and rebuy it.The worst customer service ever. If you plan to return in stores make sure to not use your points or coupons

Very bad. System is giving discount automatically for buying 2 pairs but the employee doesn’t want to give the discount at all. I have been forced to pay separately but I want it to be billed together. Very unlogical..
