I dropped 30 packages and they lost 5 of then and they told me I never dropped my packages. So when you go to drop off your packages ask them to scan it or try to take pictures that you dropped off else you will loose money for going there and loosing your package

I have been using the Stallion Express for my shipping needs for around a year now. I made a mistake on my shiping labels of my first mail out with stallion and customer service rep, Mary Ann Reyes, had it corrected and reprocessed in about 12 hrs. A+ customer service and the best rates I have found for overseas and domestic shipping in Canada.

These guys opened my package! Chris the manager instructed the Richmond office to open my package This was an hour after the package was declined because im not an e- commerce merchant . I video recorded it all on my iphone too - so you jerks cannot deny it .Total unprofessional experience and incredibly bold to open a package you have no business with !If you do business with this incompetent company be prepared to be screwed around and no security for your valuable shipmentsAvoid these imbecilesIf you read other reviews..they try and say we dont have you on record..etcJust total loser moves …

I have been using Stallion for over a year now and I am more than pleased with their courier service and customer service. Running a small business on Etsy as I am requires you having dependable couriers / shippers. I shopped around and found them to have the best prices, easiest sign-up and user friendly format. At the beginning it may have been a little overwhelming starting a business but these folks never hesitated to help throughout the process. I only leave positive reviews when I am certain it is deserved. Thanks Chris B for shedding some light on any questions I may have had this past year.
