Bad experience, shipping cashier had very cold shoulder when I was trying to figure out how to return something from Amazon. No help, direction or assistance. Disappointed and will try and keep my business elsewhere :(

Will not let me print using transfer paper sold in store?! Very upset with Staples printing services. To say your printers are not compatible with “non-staples” paper is a load of crap.

I went to Staples to pick up an office chair for my new business today. I had already looked up what are the requirements for opening a business account with Staples and what does it do for business owners last night, but was worried that I might have missed something or misunderstood what I read, that's why me and my husband went into a physical store today to talk to a staff member. Dev greeted me with a big smile on his face. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about his products. He explained what a preferred account does for me better than what I had read on the website. I was so grateful! After talking to Dev, I wish I had signed up for a preferred account sooner because I had already printed my flyers and business cards with Staples in the summer but I was not a preferred member yet so couldn't take advantage of the discounts and the convenience of reordering prints that come with it!. Dev helped me sign up for a preferred account and ring in my purchase. He made the whole transaction so easy and smooth. Staff like Dev make me feel happy to do business with Staples. I will tell my friends who have a business about signing up for the preferred account with Staples (thumbs up!).

I recently had paper laminated at Staples. The service was fine, but the cost was $3.50 for just a thin layer, which feels a bit overpriced for what you get.
