I was a difficult fit for sure!! Oscar and Hong went out of their way to help me find the perfect holiday shoe! Not too sparkly, not too high and just the right size. They were amazing and I really appreciate both of them so much! Thank you for your help!! The shoes looked great and were comfortable!!

I got so excited when I came in today. They really have great deals but unfortunately there were none for my size. The staff are super helpful and they are very customer service oriented. I didn't know the store is new but I am really impressed. Hope they keep it up.

The staff is really helpful and amazing. They didn't have my shoe size and offered to put in a order for me. When I mentioned that I need them a bit earlier, they called other stores to see if they have them and put in a hold for me. Would definitely recommend this place!

Love Steve Madden. Great selection of trendy and stylish shoes for women and men. They sell accessories too, like purses and wallets. I've always received excellent customer service here. Especially recently when I needed to return some boots I bought online. They happily processed the return and ordered me a new pair. Definitely one of my favourite shoe stores.
