Been to this shop a few times to buy a little something here and there. I have always felt their prices are overly expensive but there are a couple things that my daughter likes so I close an eye and over spend a bit. Pricing aside, the main problem with this shop is that each time we go there the elderly gentleman will follow you around and suspect you will steal something. When he follows you around he is definitely not being helpful or wanting to provide suggestions, but he’s just watching over you like a hawk. It’s definitely not a good feeling. Will search for a different store to buy snacks for my family. Sad.

One of the rudest service ever!!!The stall was not crowded, no one in the stall at all. We decided to take a look at the products they offer. When you walked into the store, there’s not even an acknowledgment of you coming in, not even a greeting if any sort.So we were looking around… then a man come out ( might be the owner?). He was extremely rude!!! Asked us rudely “What do you want?”I was quite taken aback at the tone of his voice & the rudeness that came with the question. I told him that we were looking around… then he said “Don’t touch anything”Seriously??? We weren’t even touching anything, just looking around. The dried prunes are seriously over priced! Not to mention the atmosphere was not cordial or conducive for buying anything. We walked out of that place.Go to Crystal Mall market & get your dried fruits & prunes, service is friendly.

Very bad experience, candies are over priced, for 14 oz candy I payed about $28.00 . The amount and price was not rigth, over charge us for a small bag of candy, when I git home my mom told me that is not even one pound. I asked for receipt but the cashier did not gave any. I will never back to buy anything from this store. Better bring your own scale.

they will not mix items of the same price, will not let you buy 100/200 grams, price is more on the high side. Bought 1/2 lb of dried ginger but didn't like the taste.

Not happy with experience. Super expensive. You ask for 6 oz of product, they gave you 9oz without telling you and charge you accordingly.

What a terrible experience. I understand that COVID challenges small business owners but the customer service was just horrendous. Stepping into the business, fully masked with my family and being treated and spoken to as if we were completely unwelcome. Will NOT return.

Terrible experience. Rude as soon as we came in. They had a promotion for 20% off of $30 or more, but when we went to pay they said our items were excluded (arbitrarily). Never will return. Don't waste your time coming here

Terrible service. Was so rude the whole time we were in there. Treated like thieves more than like customers.

The cashier said hi but she looked away when I looked at her. The female employee in the store was the same after I went in. They now had signs on the wall stating that they would help customers to get the snacks in the box and no touching because the snack boxes were made with glass. If they help customers, they might give customers a little more or less than the amount that the customer request because it was difficult to notice until they weight it. Also, the snacks boxes of the other snacks store like this were made of clear plastic because it is more economical and it is easier to handle for both employees and customers. It is better for them to pack the snacks into individual bags with price tags and put them on the shelf so customers can just get them and pay instead of having an employee to get the snacks from the box and another employee as a cashier and weigh the snacks. It is more efficient for both sides and save both of our time.
