This is really directed towards the way TD operates as a whole:I don’t even bank with TD, but with my first product (a simple credit card), I’ve had to visit numerous branches more times than I care to count just to get things set up and working. Most things that can easily be done online or remote with ANY other bank, TD requires an in person visit or physical documentation. And because of this, whenever a teller forgets to request or complete something (like what happened at this branch today), I’d have to make another visit. This has happened in Ontario branches too.So essentially each issue no matter how trivial takes a minimum of two visits, in person, to get done. This is mind bogglingly inefficient and inconvenient in this day and age, and has put me off using TD for any other financial services. Again, I just have a credit card with them, so I can’t even fathom what a nightmare banking with them would be like.

We had the opportunity to meet with Kevin Chen regarding our banking needs and we're really impressed by his professionalism and kindness. I wish all banking customer support are like him..His impeccable attention to detail is next to none. We applaude him.??

Manager discriminated me. Horrible service. They act like I did something wrong on something they advice me to do. Manager need to watch some customer service videos on YouTube at least. I’m an experienced employer and this was the last time I’m taking the company business to this bank since they act like they are doing us a favor.

This branch Never arranges enough tellers at counters. Long line up always be ignored by staff who not even noticed the inpatient clients, or maybe intentionally doing so

After three visits to this branch I realized that it is not my problem but the branch staff keep making my case more complicated and difficult. Staff are severely under trained and manager is so mean and not trying to help customer at all. I had good experience with Td before, but after visiting with this branch, not any more.

My mother died in July. I am currently dealing with TDCanada trust to attempt to get my mothers funds transferred to me. The amount of stress this company has put me through is disgusting.I have been asked to prove I am my mothers daughter, to prove her divorce which I have, and it's still not good.I have been told a total of five different things over the last 2 1/2 weeks, I have been told I could go into the branch and have the money transferred, I have been told I will receive a draft, I have been told that what I have given them is enough, I have been told that what I have given them is not enough. I have been run around and screwed in ways I hope I never experience againMy mother is dead. What else does this company want from me????I am appalled.This has caused me Extreme anxiety, I have not slept, I cannot eat

The manager Denise Luk is a lier. She personally submitted our mortgage documents which we asked them to cancel already. They didn't respect their client's decision and lie to us face to face several times. She is the worst person we met in Canada.
