They close at 6 p.m. I got here at 5:48 and the lady was already locking the door. The parking lots were already empty and there wasn’t any other staff inside. Ridiculous. They can’t even stick to their own operation hours.

Their manager turned off my bank card. Without my knowledge, so one day I went to log in and pay a bill and I have no account! That was the 1st still waiting for a call back or response to my email. I cannot access any of my money for days!Edit: they still haven't returned my calls or emails and I still can't access my money.

I am at the ironwood branch in Richmond where my original branch opened and help me a bit which I appreciated it . The branch manager Tommy and very nice to help a bit , but the whole management of TD isn’t helpful being bounced back and fourth from 1800’s number to 2different branches Guilford branch worst lead customer experienced attitude from LISA . Ironwood helped me out a bit thanks to TOMMY and Deepinder . Thank you ironwood branch ..

I really wish i could give 0 stars or some common sense to these guys. Who puts a draft on hold.? Been banking with them for over a decade now, and never been disappointed upto this point where i have to shout at them online for being d**** If td monitors these reviews do something about the bank staff.

Saturday 2pm 6 people in the line up and only two people working. I’ve been here for 10 min and 2 people all ready left the line frustrated. Where do all my fees go if they don’t have enough money to hire more tellers. It’s not rocket science.

One of worst customer services experiences ever!! I’ve never seen such a rude teller whose able to bite off a customer’s head in FRONT of the bank manager himself.On a Friday evening with the bank full of customers there was only a teller and the bank manager and a trainee all serving only one customer who was explaining their entire personal affairs to the entire line up while we all waited and watched and had to listen. After waiting ten minutes all I said was “Excuse me” and the female teller bit my head head off rudely barking at me while her manager was right there telling the entire line up basically that she’s helping the manager and the other girl with them was a trainee.When other customers behind me finally chimed in they drudged up another clerk to help us.Worst experience EVER!!! If I find some time I’ll eventually complain to their head office as well and move my banking to another bank eventually as this is not the first time i’ve experienced something negative at this branch.

Went in to the branch to find two tellers with customers. It was quiet with no others in line. Waited about 5 min until closest teller was finished with previous customer. When she was free, I approached her to make a simple deposit.However, she told me to go back and wait for other teller (still helping other customer) because she had to take a break at the exact moment. Really? She couldn't have waited a few min more to accept my deposit? I was the only customer waiting in the entire branch. Was I just too much for the teller to handle?I won't be going to this branch ever again with this level of dismissive customer non-service.

I've came here a couple of times and never had issues with the service (except for the ATM that jams constantly). I usually come early in the morning on weekends so the wait isn't too bad. Recently, I've had a TERRIBLE encounter with the manager there (I don't want to mention any names). The teller made an error on a cheque I deposited resulting in me being shorted a few hundred $. I've gone back and forth with the manager whom was very helpful at first and kept me informed with phone calls. I was originally told it would take 2 weeks and now 2 months! I've expressed that 2 months isn't acceptable and it needs to be solved within the month (that gives them at least 2-3 weeks) and asked if this investigation can be expedited. We went back and forth and I was told I can contact the issuer to solve it, but I explicitly said that this was a teller error and I don’t want to make it a hassle for the issuer. The manager then told me the figure amount written on the cheque was unclear. Mind you that this is regular cheque for the same amount deposited every single month. The figure and written amounts are the same and if the figure amount picked up by the cheque scanner was wrong then the teller should have checked the written amount with the figure amount and made an adjustment when she was depositing the item. Not once did the manager apologize and he tried to blame it on me saying the cheque was "poorly written". Trust me, it's not chicken scratch and the cheque is definitely legible. Fed up with this, I just told them to cancel the investigation and I will contact the issue to solve it ourselves even though this was not our fault. WORST service I have ever received from TD … even the telephone staff was more sympathetic and helpful.

The staff here, I am not sure they actually know how to do their jobs. I went in over two weeks ago just to sign some forms, a five minute appointment. They were late getting to me of course and they had no clue why I was there. They did not bother to read the notes for the appointment, learn my name or the reason for the visit. I was there for 47 mins. I spoke with their associate SJ and then their Customer Experience Manager Lawrence and neither seemed to think they had done anything wrong at all. I asked to speak with the branch manager, he was not in. I left multiple voicemail messages for him to call me back. He ignored them. I went in today and spoke to the Branch Manager Paul, he informed that he does not check his voicemail because he is too busy! I said you had no time in 14 business days to check your voicemail? Or did you hope this problem would just go away? He smirked at me and said "sorry" "he would work on the problem" "he would speak with his staff" And the whole time he looked like he just wanted me to go away and never come back. He has no ambition to actually do anything to rectify this situation so I am writing this review.
