5 years ago we bought a dishwasher here. It was on sale. So we wanted to purchase. After speaking with Mr. Bai (first name is George I think), they said they forgot to take the $100 discount sign off and could only sell it for the discounted price if we bought extended warranty with them. They assured us that if we didn't use the warranty we would be able to get store credit for anything in the store. Fast track to today 4 days after it expired. They told us that we could only use it on items $400 and up. Thanks for decieving us.

I visited The Brick in Richmond yesterday to look at different things. I ended up buying a few things with the help of Varun and Amrit who were extremely friendly and helped me in finding the exact product I was looking for. They both gave a phenomenal customer service.
