I was looking to replace my lumpy couch but then I discovered you could just replace the foam in the cushion. You just bring your cushions in, they'll help you measure and let you try different firmness foams. I dropped it off at lunch and they were ready by the end of day! The only thing is I wish there was an option to not use the glue because it smelled quite strong. My old cushion came with a liner bag, but I didn't think to ask if we could skip the glue.

I came in just before closing with a shipping box that needed custom foam packing.Harkiran K. found the correct materials cut them to size and completed my custom shipping box with pleasant and professional courtesy. I recommend the Richmond store to anyone who's looking for custom foam fitting and design.

This was our second purchase. The female staff member was great and the cushions are wonderful but when we picked up our cushions yesterday, another staff member tried to tell us that they don’t discard of the old foam and that only the Burnaby location recycled. This is totally contradictory to your very own website which states “We’ll be happy to take care of your old foam for you as part of the full service we provide”. We would have understood if this had been pointed out from the beginning but he seemed to just make it up… Destroyed what would have been a good experience.

I was looking to get my sofa cushions done. I came here and the girl showed me plenty of options and i got what i was looking for the very firm foam. Then i came back again with my friend and suggested her foam shop and met Kritika for second time and she satisfied us again. It is best for leg pillows she helped me with that as well. There are so many options it is a beautiful store.Highly recommend this store!!! and thankful to Kritika for helping us with the best.

Terrible service: an unwillingness to convert from our metrics measurements to inches coupled with an assertion that they couldn't commit to cutting the foam to any closer than a half-inch due to the conversion. We went instead to Discount Foam, on Fraser, and got exactly what we wanted without any fuss.

I finally finished refoaming my patio furniture. I took in one of each type of cushion and got some help choosing the right foam. Super firm. Wow what a difference! Got some poly to add stuffing to the back cushions too. And they cut it the same day. My back loves the new foam. And I really appreciate the quick and helpful service!

As a first time foam buyer, I asked for a specific size cut. I was given no education, and was asked no questions by the staff member about firmness, nor given product choices. I wondered why the foam was purple and not the white I was familiar with. So now I'm the proud owner of Extra firm foam that won't suit my application because.... it's TOO FIRM. Super awesome. $72 down the toilet.Just read the owner's response. As a business person, why would I think that an email sent to a generic "sales" email address would create change, let alone change my experience level? I would say that anyone buying foam from the Richmond shop better know more about foam than the person behind the desk.

Staff is very rude and didn't want to help. She told me not to touch the items that I am looking at, so how am I suppose to know it's the right product? Go somewhere else. They are not interested in doing business with you.

We’re so happy with our new sectional! At 10 years old it no longer had support and we wondered if we needed to find a new one. The Foam Shop was recommended to us...thankfully! From start to finish the experience with Roopkiran was personal and concise. In just a couple of weeks we have the best sectional money could buy. Our backs and hips feel so much better.
