Beyond frustrating experience with the store manager Aaron. I purchased some beats ear buds for $280 2 days ago and found out yesterday that they do not connect as they are defective out of the box. Store manager would not exchange it without the original packaging. Now I’m going to go home and dig the packaging out of the garbage and make a return trip. I highly doubt they’ll be reusing the packaging so I’m not sure why my time is wasted as this is already an inconvenience.
Should’ve just bought my product directly from Apple, who actually know how to provide a good service

I went to another location and they handled everything properly. They recognized that the product was faulty and accepted the return with no question.

I came into the store for the first time to pick up my order and I'll be honest, I was quite hesitant in coming in due to the recent google reviews but I was quite pleasantly surprised at the staff there. Well trained, attentive to small details, and quickly helped me with my order. I will take my shopping here from now on!!! Big help to Erin?? I think that was his name

Poor service. Was browsing for 15 minutes, the staff never greeted or acknowledged. When I tried to wave them down, they purposely looked away.
They were either on their phone or chatting to each other. Was about to buy a new laptop, but left because of how poor the service was.

I went into this location looking for a specific product. I told the sales associate what I was looking for. He gives me the product and says this is what you’re looking for. Trusting he knew what he was talking about, I purchased the item. A couple hours later I try the product and it doesn’t work. It’s not what I asked for. I go back with the product and the receipt and find out I can’t return it because it was opened. Even though it doesn’t work, and the associate gave me the wrong product. Very disappointed in the level of customer service here. Will no longer be shopping at this location.

Amazing service by Ted.
I had get a new connection line and Ted provided me very good plans. The process was smooth and customer service was very good.
