The younger woman there is absolutely ridiculously rude. She would not understand what I’m saying and I had to explain so many times then she starts yelling and rolling her eyes at me and sighing. She yells so loud that everyone in the store would stare at me. And when she printed the papers it was bend so I requested a new one and she was like, “what do you mean, we offer no rejects”. What kind of service is this? I been to so many other UPS store and this one is definitely the WORST one. I would give a zero star if I could. Never ever walking into this store again.

I dropped off my parcel and asked for and Email receipt. I needed it to forward to my boss however. The Asain staff lady gets annoyed and doesn't want to provide it. Shes soo RUDE. Yelling at me to just drop the package there or type ur tracking number online. But i need an email receipt a proof for my boss that its been dropped off... Simple request triggers them so hard. So unacceptable

Great Service .Very helpful and knowledgeable about return shipping from another country. This is my go to place formost of my home office needs. I do scanning, printing and faxing here. Now they do passport pictures as well. Very well find!

I am so pleased with the warm welcome and the quick services that we received at the store today. Dropped my UPS parcel, got the print outs, got my pictures clicked and produced within minutes for immigration documentation. The services this store offers are super quick and helpful. Made my day! Thank you!!

I will avoid purchasing anything that needs to be delivered by UPS. Their hours of operation might work for businesses, but they definitely do not work for personal purchases. I was not home during the day when UPS came by with my delivery (surprise, surprise; I have to work). The updates they sent indicated that the item was going to the local Access Point (8120 No 2 Rd). This was Friday. My parcel's initial guaranteed delivery date was Thursday. I checked with the AP Friday before they closed (at 6 pm, when most people are just finishing their commute home) and again Saturday, but no parcel. The AP closes at 3 pm on Saturday and are not open Sunday, which begs the question, is this company actually interested in my business at all? The delivery driver SHOULD have dropped my parcel at the Access Point on Friday, but now it will not be there until at least Monday, IF I'm lucky (My parcel was not there Monday. I picked it up from the AP Tuesday). The bottom line is, UPS doesn't seem to prioritize personal deliveries, and I will therefore avoid purchasing anything that uses UPS delivery from now on.

Excellent service from ethe owner of this Store. Friendly, professional and efficient. Helped us with shipping our passport from our Embassy in the United States to us here in Canada. Actually, another UPS Store was not able to provide us the service we got from this location.Found out their other services like shredding confidential documents and printing architectural drawings in large format .. will be using this in the future!

I rarely leave negative reviews but I left this place today almost in tears. Staff seem annoyed that you are even walking into their store, and the lady working behind the counter spoke to me in the most condescending tone sternly telling me to "read the instructions on the wall dear it's all there you have to read it" when I asked about how to properly go about my return (when she had one customer busy filling out forms). God forbid you have a package that isn't UPS and is Fedex.... She rudely told me to take it to FedEx "we only accept UPS here!" when asked where I could find a FedEx location she was rude and said " I don't know look it up" like she didn't care.AVOID this location if you are at all unsure of what to do with a return/service or are looking to ask for assistance. They will make you feel stupid. You have the chillest job ever, mailing things is sometimes a stressful task for people like me - learn to have some empathy and be kind.

I was in a rush and got there 30 mins before closing with pictures to be printed out. They helped make sure I got the photos I needed in a professional manner and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!

Came to this ups w a return package ready to go and 3 commercial invoices on the side. Asked Sammy who claimed to be the owner of the store if they needed to be attached to my package and he told me to read the return instructions. I told him my return instructions said to hand them over along with the package and that was it. He continued to blankly say, Read the instructions which I again reiterated my instructions from my package. He said he would do it for me for a dollar? Do what for me? I asked him if he can be more clear and just tell me exactly what needs to be done and he insisted on telling me to read the instructions. What kind of service is this? Sorry I don’t own a shipping store and know off the top of my head what to do with commercial invoices. Why are you going back and forth with a customer instead of teaching me the right process so that I can learn? If I need to buy supplies, tell me. I don’t care to be charged. But the lack of direction and kindness astounds me.I then say I dropped of x2 packages 2 weeks ago and its been lost in the mail. He says he doesn’t work for UPS and to contact ups. He’s wearing a UPS shirt working in a store that says UPS but wants to deflect all responsibility. He won’t teach me how to properly send out my package, empathize with my lost packages that I dropped at HIS store, and he’s RUDE and dismissive?Lastly, I said that he didn’t need to be so rude and if he runs a business learn how to properly communicate with customers. And his response was “you don’t need to be so stupid”. LOL. grumpy old man.ALSO. I stopped by UPS at Blundell and Garden city after and they helped me and I was out of the store within a minute :)Sorry Sammy that you have such a sad life that you try to ruin everyone else’s day with your terrible attitude but we’re all just laughing at you. You are not better than everyone else and you cannot treat other humans this way. I hope you find help.

The owner of this store is extremly rude and disrespectfull towards customers. Gets super aggressive when you ask question about services or for your receipts. Seems to be annoyed when asking for help with your postal services. Also he argues with his reviews on google. He wont take responsability for his actions. Go elseware for your postal services and save yourself the headache. Ive contacted UPS head office about this guy and filed a complaint. Unfortunatly because its a franchise owned store. UPS cant do anything about his terrible customer service. You did a good job earning this 1 star review. Change your attitude towards customers or hire someone else who wants to be there.

Attentive staff. Prompt to answer questions over phone call. Very helpful and gave options and quotes on shipping after weighing parcel. I experienced nice and professional service at this location.
