Edit: Reply from the owner clearly misses the point that if they didn't mishandle the package and kept accurate tracking then this review wouldn't exist. Their rebuttal to this review is also telling since I did not leave the tracking number with them nor any other information. Their claim to have checked the status of said package online is not accurate nor believable. Unless the clerk somehow has photographic memory good enough to remember the uninterested 2 second peek at the number on my phone screen lol.Package listed as delivered April 1st, claim opened at April 7, deemed lost, 'found' (no notification at this point) April 8, sent back to sender April 9, no indication of package being anywhere till April 15, supposedly sent back April 19.Visited the store in person to confirm status of package because of the mess of tracking from above. 'Check' is an interesting description of standing at shelves pretending to look without the tracking number or other indicators of the package.Original:This place received a package of mine, listed it as delivered to me in tracking (it was not). Then subsequently 'lost' my package after i opened a claim to UPS.'Miraculously' found my package, sent it back to sender, then left a voicemail after it was sent back that i had a package to pick up.Clerk refused to check or confirm the existence of said package in their inventory system.When said clerk decided to 'relent' and check, said clerk went to look at shelves without the tracking number to make a 'showing' of 10 seconds of effort.Clerk of course came back with 'it's not here'. They didn't bother to check on their system or even turn on a computer to check.This location and the clerk basically insulted a customer's intelligence after their own mistakes caused a borderline month long saga for a single warranty package.I sincerely hope subsequent customers have better luck with more competent staff because the odds of getting actual competency are casino level odds.

BELEIVE THE REVIEWS. UPS is absolutely the WOOOOORST delivery service, and they do not deliver on weekends. Paid over $300 US dollars for overnight service for food items from ?? to ??. THREE days later and I am still without the package. Next delivery attempt is MONDAY when the food is spoiled. Also UPS drivers do NOT follow delivery instructions. NEVER AGAIN!

Very bad experience with this UPSStore, their customer service is horrible, the old guy can’t even speak English properly, but he was able to be a rude person . If you need to drop off prepaid packages, they might refuse to accept them. When I ask for reasons,. The answers I got was”don’t come here again”. Imao, I wish there could be another UPS around, I will drive 5km more to avoid this store.

Never got any real person to answer the phone for some inquiries in the past week.will file a complain to the UPS management, what an incompetent customer services, the #58 store is supposed to be shame as a part of UPS.

Have dropped off a few packages at this location and have always been met with poor, unwelcoming, unhelpful, and unprofessional customer service. They do not issue a receipt with tracking number and they expect that you have a copy of it.I had never had issues with other returns at this location, although I was always uneasy with not receiving a receipt. This location being the closest to home, I decided to drop off an Apple order return containing a MacBook. Again, I was told that they do not issue receipts and that the tracking number is on the printed label that I had placed on the box. Amazon return labels download and print from my downloaded folder. Apple returns are different. Unbeknownst to me, each time you click on print label via Apple, a new tracking number is produced. I assumed I’d be able to retrieve it via a pdf or the original return request link, but upon not seeing that the status being updated to “received by shipper” on my Apple account after 8 days, I went back to investigate and the owner immediately became defensive. He stated that all packages get scanned, placed on the shelf, and picked up at the end of the day and pretty much shooing me out of the store without addressing my issue to the slightest bit.I have reached out to Apple, made a complaint with Richmond RCMP and will be requesting for surveillance footage for when I dropped off the packed and the days following. I will never drop off packages at this location and highly advise against anyone doing so. Just look at the management’s responses to some of the previous complaints and you’ll see how much competence this management team has.

Despite being a customer, I was treated with hostility and disrespect. I would not recommend this location to anyone and suggest that UPS headquarters investigate this individual's behavior."At the same time, I will also give advice to my shopping merchants, suggesting that they should not specify ups when customers return or exchange goods

Went there on the13th March,2023,(day I received the merchandise)returning my Amazon parcel on the box they provided, the guy didn't stamp my paper just told me to leave it there. This is not according to what Amazon's instructions provided. I have no idea whether the parcel has been returned or not. Amazon did send reminder to return the parcel that I am not satisfy with otherwise it won't be refunded.Did Amazon amended the return instructions? Or did UPS skipped the shipment instructions?I am not too sure which is correct.
